He was professional, shrewd when needed, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and always prompt. He patiently walked me through everything, held my hand through the chaos, and got results fast. 7 months ago Fantastic experience: I just moved in to a TMT-managed property and so far, so good! I appreciated the communication from the property manager Avelina during the qualification process when I submitted my application, and I like the online portal and ability to make payments and maintenance requests online, in addition to submitting renters insurance and other necessary information. The on-site manager Rich has been amazing, too, he took a lot of time with me during my initial tour (he's the reason I decided to live here!) and was very helpful the day I moved in showing me things I need to know about parking, trash/recycling, etc. The properties are older, but well-maintained from the looks of everything. The only thing that could have been improved was the cleaning, I'm not certain if a professional service was hired to clean my unit before I moved in, but they missed a lot of things, especially in the bathroom. Overall though, I'm happy here!

7 months ago Fantastic experience: We were called by Leon at TMT property services for two move out cleanings in SLO. They were ready for an assessment with a lockbox on the door. We stopped by, assessed the cleaning needed for both properties, sent a quote, and they accepted. We booked it and sent our crew, we were able to chat with Leon while we were onsite to have some questions answered regarding other contractors working inside the homes. We got the answers, worked alongside the teams and were paid in a timely manner. For our organization, it shows a lot of respect and professionalism from Leon and TMT. Both Patti and Katie are very helpful in terms of repairs and coordinating inspections in a timely manner. Before we moved in, the parking lot was repaved and still looks great to this day. 8 months ago Fantastic experience: TMT just recently took over for Eagle in managing the apartment building where I rent, and it's been a good experience so far. General repairs and updates have been happening to the building, and I specifically put in a maintenance request about a shared side gate outside. Leah contacted me to follow up and was really quick with updates when I had a question. I also asked about getting a lock added to the gate, since I regularly see non-residents going back and forth, using the side yard. I actually thought it was kind of a long shot, but the repair went through with no questions asked. Makes me feel a little safer, so I'm really grateful to the property manager for getting it done (and quickly, too!)

8 months ago Fantastic experience: My client service advisor is Avelina. For the most part she has been great. We’ve had a couple of miscommunications here and there, but it’s to be expected. She’s new at this and this is the first time I was putting up a house for rent so this was a new process for me as well. For the most part, communication has been pretty quick. Looks like they got me set up with someone to rent my house within 40 days which is pretty good according to me. I’ve had friends say it’s taken them two or three months to get a tenant. So far, I have no complaints with them. I wish the app that they used to track. Your rental was a little more involved and gave you a little more information on what’s going on. I also do wish that they will give you a little more information about who’s renting your house. I understand that a lot of information cannot be shared, but it would be nice to know what kind of age group the person renting your house is and some basic credit history and stuff like that. I hope this next year of having a tenant is easy Peezy and problem free. Will get through the problems as it goes but for now, I couldn’t be much happier. She has always been able to maintain the balance in communication between the Owner and I, and has always truly been outstanding in support and coordination of repairs. She notifies me of any necessary repairs and makes all the arrangements coordinating with the tenant and myself to get repairs done quickly. 8 months ago Negative experience: My fiancé and I have been trying to get a hold of this company because we are interested in a home they have up for rent. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and neither of us have gotten any sort of reply. We called and have sent emails. Very unprofessional. I showed our interest in the home that very hour that same day that it was posted. I don’t understand why this is going on.

The communication is great and everyone is very friendly and helpful. They handle so much behind the scenes, I am SO thankful I don’t have to try and do this myself.
