During the buying process, Rochelle was a great realtor and very professional. She was constantly available via text, email, or phone; willing to show us houses as our schedule allowed; and walked us through every step of the process, which was extremely helpful given this was our first purchase. When we were selling, Rochelle and her business partner Susan basically managed the whole process as we were several states away. Rochelle coordinated the tradespeople we hired, recommended tradespeople, organized an open house, and walked us through the contracting process. She was constantly available and personable (our daughter even took to calling her Ms. Rochelle and would run to us when she heard us on the phone with Rochelle). Rochelle was always thinking of things we may have missed, and always offering solutions to thorny situations (like the dishwasher having issues during the final walkthrough). If we were ever in Alexandria looking for property again, I would work with her in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Sallie is an excellent agent and knows how to judge the market for each unique property. For the house my wife and I ended up buying, she actually talked us down in our offer because she did not think there would be a bidding war for the property. We ended up being the only ones to submit an offer, and it was accepted in less than 24hrs. I was very impressed that she put our interests ahead of her own. She could have allowed us to submit an inflated offer and receive a bigger commission, but instead she provided sound advice that turned out to be 100% correct.

Negative experience: I would never think to work with this company, especially Michael Makris. There are inappropriate conversations that occurred between the listing agent, Michael, and seller agent. Do not recommend at all. Edit: The company has decided to pursue legal action against me. The listing agent told my agent the final ratified contract price of the home. Is that information that can be shared? The sale price was 910. My offer was 950. Was this by the book???' Is this how you go about as a business? Is this your ethical conduct? Is this how you approach clients? Instead of asking me what happened, you are quick to defend. That's terrible right there. I have removed all biased comments, however my review stands on the sole stance of how this company's agent dealt directly with me, which is a fact, and I have a right to leave a review based on that interaction. In Virginia, a listing agent generally cannot disclose the sale price of a property after ratification without the seller's explicit permission because of the duty of confidentiality they owe to their client, the seller. Why was the sales price shared? The number of offers, the highest offer and what offer beat my offer?

She was exceptionally professional, personable, and responsive to all my questions, concerns, and needs. With that said a few days ago that all changed for me and my family. I was in a time crunch to find and buy a home in Maryland, while I currently live in another state. A friend referred me to an agent named Melissa Rosario. From our very first conversation and throughout the entire process, Melissa consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, care, and concern for me and my family. We were in somewhat difficult circumstances jn that we had to be absent for the full duration of the sale period and there were a number of last minute repairs and renovations that needed to be made before we could put it in the market. Negative experience: Literally the worst company ever

Negative experience: Horrible Experience – Do Not Trust This Company! I had the absolute misfortune of renting from McEnearney Property Management, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. If you value your money and sanity, stay far away! First of all, they did not return my security deposit fully. They charged a cleaning fee even though we cleaned our unit to their specifications including paying for professional carpet cleaning. Their claim was over a small area with dust. Despite leaving the apartment in excellent condition, there was some back and forth with pictures proving that our apartment was in the same condition when we moved in. Luckily we took photos when we moved in & were able to provide them, MPM decided they would return the security deposit. But guess what? It's been months since I moved out, and I've received nothing but the run around. Countless phone calls and emails have gone unanswered, and when I finally managed to speak to someone, they gave me every excuse in the book. I was even told a check was waiting to be cut on Mike McEnearney desk but guess what nothing arrived. Look at the other reviews on here, there’s so many complaints from tenants! Their incompetence and dishonesty are not limited to just the deposit. We had endless amounts of issues all through out the year. Their disregard for tenant well-being is absolutely shocking. It’s disgusting they’re willing to scam us over a few hundred dollars. It’s really pathetic. Some of the staff I’ve interacted with were rude and unprofessional too. McEnearney Property Management are dishonest, unresponsive, and utterly incompetent. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. They don’t deserve your business or your trust. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

As a result of her efforts, we were able to secure a deal that reached well beyond our expectations in sale value. It cannot be understated how much we appreciate and value her knowledge, professionalism, and all the work she has done for us throughout the years.

Negative experience: The most unethical shady realtor team in Delray/rosemont -- they will make you all kinds of promises verbally and in writing - then hand you over to their property mgmt team -- who will renege on all those written agreements! It is a nightmare to do business with this real estate agency!! All of my neighbors have been horrified by my experience renting a house through this team and noone on my neighborhood st will EVER do business with them. I wish they get driven out of business from this neighborhood! I have now filed a complaint against their property mgmt team with the VA district attorney general's office and more regulatory complaints are to follow.

Negative experience: Would have loved to give them my business but they leave their storefront inaccessible to disabled people. Hard to wheel through the ginormous potted plants that are blocking the wheelchair ramp. I wouldn't trust a realty service that doesn't even follow ADA themselves.

Negative experience: At all costs, avoid real estate transactions with McEnearney Associates (Jodie Burns) in the Hollin Hills neighborhood. When I purchased my home in 2018, Jodie Burns was the seller’s agent. She did not disclose that my home was next to a major county construction project, although as a member of the Hollin Hills parks committee, she was aware of these plans. Had I known about these plans, I would have purchased another property. Instead, me and my young son are going to be living next to heavy construction. Avoid this realtor and properties listed with her.

Fantastic experience: Mackenzie Horne My husband and I hired Mackenzie to sell our Arlington house in preparation for our retirement. We were so busy finishing up work, finding a rental in Florida, arranging the move, and trying to stay healthy in the midst of the pandemic. Mackenzie was a godsend!
