Glen was truly professional and his knowledge of the market was great. Glen was able to get our home sold in 26 days. Glen was outstanding in helping us sell our home. The advice in getting the house ready for sale was spot on. The time and effort he spent on selling our home was second to none. We not only got a professional, experience and knowledgeable agent we gained a true friend for life. It was truly a joy working with Glen. The first meeting with Glen was like sitting down talking with family, it was an outstanding experience.

Fantastic experience: What a team! So nice to work with Bill and Audra Skiba. They negotiated and won the contract for my borrower over multiple strong offers. A major factor with the listing agent was because it was Bill & Audra! Further, they took great care of their first time buyer, communicating and covering every detail. The process was smooth and the buyer was happy every step of the way. I would never hesitate to refer buyers and sellers to Bill & Audra. I know their package always comes with "white glove treatment."

Negative experience: One of my biggest mistake of the year goes to dealing with Stephanie Swick from ONE Residential, who obviously doesn't care about having returning clients since she DOES NOT have the best interest in you/her client. As a buyer, I didn't expect anything other than doing her job as a buyer's agent but she seemed to care more for the seller for some reason by being defensive when I asked for credits from the seller for multiple issues found during home inspection. This at the end, ended up causing me to spend over $10,000 to get things fixed, YES OVER TEN GRAND. So ashamed myself for trusting such an incompetent agent, along with Home Inspector Jarrett Ziegler from Potomac Home Inspections VA. NEVER AGAIN. You are lucky that I'd rather not waste my time by suing than dealing with such deficient person in this field.

Fantastic experience: Bill and Audra Skiba are the best!!! Selling a house, especially one you have lived in, raised your children in, and called home for 15 years is a very emotional process. Add to it the stress of a short timeline in which we had to sell, as well as the need to use the proceeds to purchase our next home, and you have the recipe for what could be an gnarly and turbulent process. With Bill and Audra guiding and walking along side us though, it was a smooth, easy (and profitable!) experience. They met with us in person and we explained our situation and time constraints. Knowing we needed to sell as soon as possible with a competitive selling price, they had a buyer ready for us and willing to pay above our asking price. When the appraisal for our house came back alarmingly low, the Skibas challenged the appraiser’s report. Their tenacity paid off! The appraisal amount was revised and increased to our full asking price. They even vetted and referred us to a great realtor who helped us purchase our new home. Bill and Audra Skiba are kind, trustworthy, and all around good Christian people, who genuinely want what is best for their clients. We consider them good friends and we eagerly recommend them to anyone who is considering selling or buying. You will love them!
