Fantastic experience: Taylor was truly amazing! Coming from out-of-state, Taylor gave us great advice for the area and provided honest feedback throughout our search from reviewing listings to doing tours, down to negotiating. She was endlessly patient and extremely knowledgeable. When we found a house we loved and moved our buying timeline up by a few months (!), Taylor and the Bespoke team didn’t even bat an eye and made the purchase happen! We were only in-person in Rochester for a few days and had a full day of tours scheduled but decided to place an offer on the house we ended up purchasing after seeing a few places in the morning. In this competitive market, we weren't sure of the optimal way to move forward to hopefully secure the house for us. Taylor helped us assess the best strategy and timing for placing the offer and was willing to work on whatever we chose, whether it was more showings or writing up the offer. With her guidance, we made the informed decision to write up and submit the offer. She listened to our concerns and provided realistic solutions during a tough initial round of negotiations. Fantastic experience: Life has been busy since Taylor helped us buy our home in Irondequoit. We wanted to take this time to tell you our experience of working with Taylor and the team at Bespoke. Taylor took the time to set up a zoom call to introduce herself and the Bespoke team and to tell us about their commitment to their clientele. She took the time to explain the market in Rochester currently so we were informed on how, when and what to bid on homes. We started being interested in getting property when our child started college and was hoping to buy an investment property. This was back in 2022. Flash forward to 2024 with the decision to relocate the whole family to 2024. Taylor was great about checking in with us and informing us the market was really hot in Rochester and that we should move quickly if we wanted to still secure a home in Rochester. In a very last minute trip to Rochester to see the eclipse Taylor made the time to show us homes. The same happened the next time we came up to look for home she made herself available to show us homes. Not once did she seem concerned that we had her driving from one end of the town to the next. We got outbid twice and with Taylor guiding us on our bid we did secure the purchase of the third home we bid on that weekend. Taylor was always quick to answer text and even took the time to answer texts past business hours. She even went and did a face time walkthrough for us since we lived in CT.Taylor also met us in the evening and hand delivered our keys to my husband. Brittany her assistant was quick to get us information when I needed answers too. They took care of setting up the closing ,attorney and the electronic close to make the transaction seamless. Taylor and Bespoke has made us feel welcomed in the Rochester community and we look forward with continuing this relationship in the future.

We met in February of 2024 for a consultation and her team walked us through the entire process of both selling our existing home and purchasing a new home. My family had stringent criteria and a small radius where we were looking as we wanted to stay within the school district for our children. We are certain that we would have lost out on our dream house and not received comparable offers on our existing home without her representation. Fantastic experience: Review of the amazing Courtney Dudek When my boyfriend and I found out we were pregnant in October last year we suddenly realized well now we need a house asap!! My friend Bronwyn told me she had the best relator who happens to be her amazing mother in law as well. Bronwyn told me “Coco (Courtney) will move mountains for you,” and it truly felt like she did. Fantastic experience: I talked to Chelse Moffat the first time to get an idea of what our house was worth and what we needed to do to make it more salable. I knew it would take time. I was never bothered by incessant phone calls. Maybe a call a year. THREE YEARS later we suddenly had to move because of my husband's health. We had done a lot to the outside but very little inside. In addition, I called her in November - not the best time to put a house up for sale. When she came out, it was like seeing one of my great friends after a short time. Since we were moving in January and were downsizing from a 4 bedroom colonial to a 2 bedroom apartment, it was going to take time to clean out the house. She brought up the pros and cons of showing the house with or without furniture. All decisions were left up to us. New rugs? Paint the house inside? Granted we sold when there were very few houses on the market, but honestly it was the easiest selling of a house (we had sold 2 others) we went through. Sold it our way, got a great price, very quickly, and Chelse took care of any headaches. I honestly don't know if there were any. I just concentrated on what I needed to do to get us moved, the house cleaned, and into our new place so I could take care of my husband. Fantastic experience: I come from a small city. (17,000 pop.) I had met our agent Taylor Presley at an open house on a weekend. We had been looking for over 2 years for a house in the Rochester area. Even though we had an agent, we didn’t want to bother because nothing ever was the right one and with the bidding process we lost a few we did bid on because we lived 1-1/2 hours away and by the time we did arrived to see it some were already sold as the seller cancelled the rest of the showings. So instead of bothering our agent ( and in fairness to the agent he was probably frustrated with us too for being so picky after two years looking) my wife and I were in the area to see our Grandchildren. There was this open house and we went by ourselves and Taylor was hosting it. So I told her we lost some homes because we lived so far away and homes were going so fast. Taylor asked if we were Pre-Qualified. I said yes. She then asked “why did we wait for the open house to see it?” I said “well in my small city Open Houses we’re held on the weekends because people are busy working during the week and I assumed that sellers only wanted the traffic of buyers and to make their home presentable for that one day for that open house and not show it multiple times during the week”. I can still see and hear Taylor look and comment to me. She said “ NOOOOOOOO!! You are Pre- Qualified!!! you could have gone in to see that home the minute it went on the market!!” Well I didn’t know that. I thought that one of the main reasons for an open house was so that everyone would come on one day and the homeowner would only have to prepare his home for show and vacate his house for one day. That was how it was done in my small hometown but with obviously much less homes for sale than in Rochester. So we switched to Taylor and she was so helpful! Sorry for the long review but it’s my favorite story with Taylor and she was and still is Fantastic with us. We still keep in touch and even had her over one night with her son a year after the closing. That is how much we think of her!
