Fantastic experience: Gorgeous environment

Positive experience: I have done a nice job with Sibley; however the neighborhood is still very sketchy. I would not go there unless I was downtown for something else.

Positive experience: I went to this space for an emergency dental procedure at Eastman Dental. I went in the wrong door at first and found apartments. The building has changed a lot from what I remembered. There was a retail store in there. I am not sure, but after that store closed, I think it became more of a mixed space. Once, there was a college. It also had some retail stores and other businesses. Now there is more of a mix and very nice inside.

Positive experience: We were at Sibley Square to attend The Focus Theater. It's fabulous to see some revitalization happening in the building and several spaces put to good use (if you enjoy performing arts, we recommend the theater!) We do wish there was better signage. When we entered the building from the Mortimer Street Garage, we found it challenging to find the theater. We hope to see more spaces in the building filled. We'll definitely be back to eat at The Mercantile on Main!

Positive experience: I have not seen them but the amenities are amazing. A bit pricey however you get what you pay for. Downtown living @ it's fineness.

Positive experience: It was okay because I went to the Mercantile on main. But it also made me nostalgic for the old days when Sibley's was still a store in Rochester. Seeing the old Sibley's signage got me to remembering all the stores we have lost since then. Rochester at one time was a mecca of shopping centers and stores, all in the city. I just hope that they never change the name of the building. We should always remember the Sibley's Building and all it did for Rochester at one time.

Positive experience: Made for an interesting visit. Main drawback was we walked over and it would have helped to have more info at the first door we tried. The place has more than one door to get in and there was wet weather.

Negative experience: Some years ago . When my son was like 3or 4years old his coat got stuck in the escalator and I reported to them and they didn't do nothing about it. Totally ruined my son coat . I had to get him another one.

Fantastic experience: Sibley square is a classic Rochester, New York location. They are currently holding the French festival. The area is bustling with local shops and establishments. I would recommend visiting the area if you are in the downtown Rochester area.

Negative experience: 46 year old security gaurd Elliott Adell is a p*dophile and r*pist, there is evidence and the victim has come forward. Police know but Elliot is still working here and walking free.

Fantastic experience: Still the same tower growing up. Except a 180 degree difference. From being a kid crossing the bridge into Midtown. Shopping with my parents with the different levels in Sibleys. A lot has changed downtown. I just hope when it's all finished it's value is greater not a loss. Place is secured with shops on ground floor apartments up above. They have a lot too offer including a dog area inside in 2nd floor. Overall it's nice except parking garage got drug users and homeless in it. Otherwise Street parking is limited. Should of built garage on backside of building were tenants can park on there floor and still have ground floor entrance

Fantastic experience: You have to checkout Sibley Square. It is a new place! They have Eateries at the main floor, banks, Eastman dental is still there and RIT Art room. They also have this beautiful senior care hospital next to Eastman dental. Then, they have their beautiful apartments that I've toured. It's pricey but they have two options. I'm really happy how the place turned out. Glad they got rid of Rainbows. I use to go there for the shuttle to MCC Brighton and took one class at the downtown one in Sibley. I was afraid they would go dormant. They have such a beautiful history. They use to decorate the window beautifully for Christmas. It made me so happy

Negative experience: I don't hate this place i love it it's so beautiful in that place the only thing i don't like from there is the rent amount. But it's ok cause it has so many things in there for entertainment & the apartments are spacious & beautiful plus there going to start soon a cafeteria & stores lots of fun there but the amount of rent high there its okay cause there's lots of things there for entertainments like i said i love it.

Positive experience: It's not what I remember growning up I miss down town shopping getting fresh cook peanuts and others shops of good eating and visiting window shopping that's looking at this in the desplay and thinking of buying.

Positive experience: It's really cool to see what they did with this space -- it looks awesome! I have fond memories of the walk from the Frontier Bldg to the Sibley Food Court (back in the day)! The place is still under construction. I toured the space after inquiring about a hot seat / no assigned desk in the Sibley Worx area and Winn Companies' best offer was $150 month + parking. That seems really steep to me for a place that currently looks partly deserted. Some marketing efforts make me scratch my head in disbelief. Good luck!
