Fantastic experience: Hank was very polite and helpful at first when we wanted to be shown around the area when coming from out of town. However, things quickly took a turn when we felt we were being pushed into signing with him, and then being pushed into a pre-approval with his lender- just to see a few properties. It is our first time to the area- and we had done a lot of research, but we were very upfront that this was simply a scoping trip. I did sign a few docs and we had a call with his lender who said we would be fine to pre-qualify... but still he cancelled. We ended up booking our trip, plane tickets and all- so now we are in Temecula, looking for a new agent! I understand not wanting to have "lookie-loos" but we were up-front about our goals from the beginning.... seems like a great agent, but pushed a bit too aggressively for us.
