Negative experience: When I shared the same experience on their facbook page they blocked me... if they are not guilty why they have to block the review and remove the user??:))) The experience with Srivastav Koganti and PRG Real Estate Agency was extremely disappointing. The reviewer's interests were not represented throughout the recent home purchase. Collaboration may have occurred between the agent, the seller's agent, and a preferred lender, leading to pressure and a lack of proper inspections. Caution is advised when considering this agent and agency, caused significant financial loss.

The consultation meeting will give you an overview of him, what he provides, and what to expect from him and the real estate market. After the consultation, I was very well aware and knew what was happening in the market. It was clear he was knowledgeable, and I was in good hands. He was well-informed about the market and kept me updated, and suggested strategies to get the home I wanted. He went above and beyond, and he found a home better than I could imagine. He knew exactly what I was looking for and did his homework! He was very responsive, on time, got all my questions answered, and more. That being said, I got my keys within 2 weeks. Fantastic experience: As a first-time home buyer with sometimes weird requirements around the floor plan, sunlight, and location, I was terrified of jumping into the real estate market. To make it worse, it looked much harder with the recent macroeconomic trends. And that's why I'm so grateful that I got to work with Blanca and PRG Real Estate Blanca and PRG real estate made it all look easy in hindsight - helped me through with each and every step - from start to finish, making it a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: Thomas and team at PRG Real Estate (now eXp Realty) were amazing! They helped me sell my homes in Redwood City and Daly City, providing expert local market knowledge and marketing for a quick sale at above asking. This being my first time selling a home, Thomas and team took care of everything for me. They inspected the homes before listing and handled any necessary repairs and improvements. Once listed, they regularly updated me on viewing data and interest. When the offers came in, Thomas helped us review them and negotiate to get the best offer we could. But wait, it's not over until the sale is closed! Thomas and team made sure to keep us updated throughout the closing process, and lean on the buyer's team when necessary (as was the case with one of the sales). Not only that, we were out of state for one of the sales and were able to handle the closing document signing without returning to the Bay Area. Highly recommend PRG if you need to sell your home!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Tl;Dr Hire literally anyone else. I had one requirement, EV charging. My agent set automated alerts for me based on my budget and the locations I was interested in. I would look through them and then send my agent the list with some questions. He would simply book appointments for all and then we would waste time going to houses without any prospects of EV charging. When I liked a condo I asked him to find out about EV charging in the condo. He sent me the signed disclosures and in the it clearly mentioned there is EV charging. So, I asked to place a bid. He recommended an absurdly overpriced bid. Thankfully I did decide to put a smaller bid. I had to send back the bid documents back to him 3 times for correction. Each time he blamed the "assistant" for making the mistakes. However, his signatures were on them and he never read them. He is supposed to be a licensed professional. Even during closing PRG was very slow at providing documents and used to send incorrect info often. Thankfully, my mortgage company was very experienced and responsive. During the closing, my agent assued me that he has checked everything and all is good. The only time my agent took me for an inspection was a few days before the closing. I was horrified to find that EV charging, my primarily requirement, was not nowhere to be seen. When I pointed out to him that the signed disclosures listed EV charging and guest parking he said he'll talk to the lawyers. At that point I was very surprised! I was told that everything was alright and my core requirement is missing.! What did he even check. It costs upwards of 20k or 4% of my property value to install a EV charger in a condo. After talking to the lawyers he simply said that it only says EV charger in the advertisement not in the legally binding page. I was given one pdf which was digitally signed. My licensed agent could not tell the difference between an advertisement and a legal document. He told me that there is nothing he could do and I should sue the listing agent. This was 2 days before closing. I did contact a lawyer who simply said "I feel sorry for you that you have such a bad agent". She said that my agent should file a demand for the EV charger which can hold closing and then we can negotiate the price a little bit. When I asked him to do so, he stopped responding to me and at one point yelling at me for asking for an update too much. It got too much for me to handle. A lot financially and personally was at stake and I just wanted it to end. The entire mortgage process was already mentally draining and now this, without support of my agent, was too much. So, I closed. I wish this ended here, but sadly, there's more. My unit has a well known hot water issue and my HVAC unit is near the end of life. I remember asking my agent about the HVAC unit and he told me that it was just a furnace and cooling is provided by the HOA. That was a blatent lie. Now, I have a unit I overpaid for and now have to perform pricy repairs soon. Also, I was told that I would be given a nest thermostat as a gift from PRG but even after 2 months, I have not received it. I know this is a small thing comapred to the house, but, cumulatively, the pain adds up. Please stay away from PRG. They have incompetent agents.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved into a house. One of the agents a very nice and well behaved agent was the buyers agent from PRG . First day into the house, the dishwasher did not work. It has been a very frustrating experience, as no one, either the sellers or the buyers agent has taken accountability of this. Being first time buyers, we had missed checking the dishwasher and believed the warranty report, and believed in the authenticity of the agents. Even the home warranty refuses to replace, suggesting that the dishwasher is not working owing to wire damage with rodent activity. We called the electrician and got wires replaced and still it does not work. We The purpose of this review to let every home buyer know who you will deal with, plus please please please check your appliances, do not believe reports, as you don't want to damage your home buying experience with such unwarranted situations, as after the purchase, the agents just leave you to deal with the mess. EDITED - We appreciate PRG's gesture to help us and GIFT us a dishwasher. Given all the other expenses (collateral damage expenses) that goes with buying the house, this was a very thoughtful of PRG and a testimony of customer first. It is a learning experience for all home buyers to thoroughly check the appliances( even if the warranty states it works!) Whether or not PRG was accountable, they have heard us, and it feels good to be heard and being helped instead of just being left to deal with problems that were not created by us.

Fantastic experience: When buying a home things can be difficult and overwhelming. Enrique was with us every step of the way to make that process smooth and stress free. When ever my wife and I had any questions Enrique made his sled available to answer all our questions. If your in the market to buy I highly recommend Enrique. The PRG team was amazing.

He walked me through the details of the process and clarified all my questions through the entire process. He never pushed or pressured me into making a decision one way or the other. I loved my experience as Rudy educated me and provided as much information needed for me to process and make decisions. Due to COVID and all the process being done remotely, I was thinking there would be delay in closures. Rudy was very supportive and responsive and made sure the loan was closed on time. He even followed up after the closure to make sure I got all the loan closure documents and have everything taken care of.
