Fantastic experience: As a first time SFH buyer in bay area, I had to overcome a few hurdles including but not limited to 1) lack of deep knowledge on pros/cons of different areas and neighborhood in Bay Area, assessment of house conditions and costs to fix the conditions, 2) lack of experience on extracting critical information from hundreds of pages of inspection/disclosure documents; 3) overcome psychological stress in bidding in the hot housing market in bay area. Mary Tian literally lifted me up to overcome all the three difficulites through her deep professional knowledge, excellent work ethics & personality and great guidance (#3 was the biggest challenge I had after observing housing price keeps increasing 5~10% per month for a few months in a row and almost any reasonably good house receives >10 offers ). Without Mary being my agent, it's impossible for me to successfully complete purchasing a house (>16 offers) I like with a fair market price in the hot market in a fairly short period of time. If you have some of similar challenges like I had, I'd highly recommend working with Mary. If you don't have any of the challenges that I had, I'd also recommend reaching out to Mary and talk to her. Her great personality, work ethics, and generous/excellent guidance could be great use to address the challenges you have.
