Fantastic experience: We had a great experience working with Bella! She was attentive, professional, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. She consistently found properties that matched our priorities, like nice big backyards and neighborhoods with green spaces and walking trails. She was phenomenal at scheduling showings for us, including several same or next-day for new listings! She was easy to communicate with, never made us feel rushed, and always gave honest, helpful insights throughout the process and while touring. As a thoughtful bonus, she even took the time to meet our dog, Bowie, which was a small but meaningful gesture that made us feel truly cared for! When checking out backyards she’d even double check that Bowie isn’t a fence-jumper. Even though we didn’t end up purchasing a home at this time, we felt fully supported every step of the way and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others.

Negative experience: Steve Web Worst realtor ever, I had to hunt him down constantly for updates or to get him to contact the buyers. He seemed to want to help the buyers more than me. After we finally sold, it took him a month to annoy us. Asking if we bought a new house when he could have asked our other realtor being redundant. DO NOT USE HIM unless you want to be stressed out!

Fantastic experience: Sarah and Missy are a great team, we were super happy with Sarah’s willingness to show us a million homes and ride the home buying wave with us. She and Missy did an excellent job helping us through everything. We know we already have a friend in our new town and we can’t wait to start fresh.

Fantastic experience: Randa is the perfect person to have alongside you during buying or selling! She was always available to us within minutes if not immediately. Our home-buying process required a considerable amount (probably more than usual) of legwork on her behalf. She kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond including dripping faucets to meeting us for one reason or another. Not to mention she is an absolute treasure and has multiple resources available to help along the way!

Going through a divorce at the time, I was in a very vulnerable place, but Steve and Missy went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, legally, and with empathy. They weren’t just focused on making a sale—they truly wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable every step of the way. Fantastic experience: Our situation was far from a normal experience, according to many. Steve was unfortunately underutilized during our home building/buying process and my only regret, and not to his fault, was that we weren't more communicative. Steve possessed a wealth of knowledge, met just about every request with speed and completeness, and did his best to mitigate the mess of our particular situation. Based on this experience I wouldn't necessarily go the entire route we took, but I would go back to Steve as my agent for future needs as he was an integral part in seeing us through to the finish line and did so professionally, tactfully, and honestly. Steve became more than just an agent, he truly protected my transaction and the integrity of the sale. We are thankful for his part and recommend Webb Group. :)
