Fantastic experience: I pastor a church in town and reached out to Karen Leigh McConnell a few weeks ago to get some help for one of the elderly men in our church. He needed help deciding how to proceed on selling his house. His challenge was whether or not to sell his property so that he could move in with his grandchild because his health and physical abilities were declining. She went over and above the call of duty to investigate his situation and review the property to help in his decision. Though she never received any compensation for her effort since the man chose to sell the property independently, she was so helpful to him and was even willing to do more if the family needed her help further. Fantastic experience: Kimbrough Dunlapend with Reds realty is a very good agent all around . My so has used him for prior property investment and more recently again to purchase house in Murfreesboro for his family move from Los Angeles andsto TN. Kimbrough spent a full day with my wife and I in looking at townhouses in Murfreesboro. We than made an offer which was accepted. Kimbrough negotiated a very fair price and handled the transaction for us. We would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and prompt in his communication.

Negative experience: Me and my roommates toured a listing in Murfreesboro that Conner Anderson was selling. He was very inattentive, the door was left unlocked, there were several bugs within the unit. Even with all that we were still interesting bc it could be fixed easily. We asked about the application link multiple days, he never got in contact with us and it took me to call the realtor business 3 days later to get in contact with him to tell me that the listing was moved into the day i called! He was not communicative at all.

Positive experience: Kimbrough was timely in answering calls and texts. While the first place I was shown did not work out, Kimbrough was determined to find me a home (I did not know he was looking as I reached out to him because he was showing a specific property). He contacted me a week later to let me know he found something for me that he knew I would be interested in and he was right! I'm grateful for his determination and work ethic.
