Negative experience: Hey everyone, I’m a canvasser for a door2door home improvement company, one of the new guys, I didn’t knock he’s door because it had the “for sale sign” He came out, when I was Nextdoor, asked who I am, told him tried to give him a flyer, didn’t care ofcourse said I can’t be knocking here bc I don’t have a permit well buddy it’s NOT a no soliciting neighborhood & maybe you should look the laws up aswell sir. Positive experience: I met George Jr via Zillow when looking to purchase a townhome in Rutherford county. He came out same day on the weekend and helped me tour a few homes. I mentioned that I was also selling a home and eventually I decided to give him a shot. During the first phases of the process he was prompt, delivered well, and had good communication. We did get a lot of showings through their marketing but it took a while to sell the house (not through any fault of this team). Later, after an offer was received, it seemed the communication went downhill. It was harder to get in touch with George and some details about the offer were not clearly disclosed at the time of agreement. This was not a dealbreaker but it was frustrating not having our trusted representative fully explain the offer before we signed. Nevertheless, the offer was full, completed, and we sold the house promptly afterward. George Jr, despite some breakdowns in communication- was very personable, respectful, and easy to deal with. His team is lightning fast and thorough.

Fantastic experience: We had our house on the market for about a year until the contract expired. When the contract expired we was contacted by Noah Fleckenstein from Team George Weeks Real Estate to list our property with them. They immediately came in and took amazing professional pictures that really showed our house as it is. We signed an exclusive right to sell listing agreement with Team George Weeks Real Estate on the 8th of March and we signed and final Counter Offer to sell our house with the buyers on March 20th. It was so unbelievable. Team George Weeks helped us through the whole process of the sale. Our closing date was on April 23rd. And as an extra bonus Noah, the real estate agent helped us find the perfect house to buy. Our ultimate goal was to downsize and have extra time and less work to do. Once again I want to stress how much they helped us. They helped us to sell our house and buy the perfect house. I really don't know how they put up with us. We had a less than stellar experience trying to buy a home for about 2 years prior to engaging with Kristy and I really wish i had done that sooner. Now we are moving into our new home.
