From the moment I came to the open house until closing she was right by my side and tirelessly worked with me through it all. She put me in touch with everyone I needed and took care of every detail. She and Jason have been wonderful and a tremendous team. If you are in need of a realtor you cannot do better. I Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: This realtor is very bad at fixing things we had no hot water the refrigerator froze up and everything in it the dishwasher held water and I never even used it the only thing they did was kept the grass cut and wanted rent money

Fantastic experience: Always very quick to respond with maintenance request. When my AC broke, someone was knocking on my door at 5 pm the same day to fix it!!! Update! Thank you guys for cutting out potentially damaging and dangerous trees!! Shout out to Miller Tree Company for a great cleanup afterwards.

Negative experience: Nothing good to say over 35 yrs old Bld NO up grades!!!!!!! New Roof was put on while I was living in the apartment..Lie!!! Because the Rent went from moving in $550..$925 that's not the problem..Problem you send Boy's to do Man work Landscaping so sad and only cut the grass 1 time a month..But they say it's the Pay!!! If my mom didn't need me so close .I Would Move .....The people on here that left a So called Nice comments was only because they all receive that $25 Gift Card you offered to if they leave a NICE COMMENT.... Every time I’ve had an issue, even when I’ve been frustrated or upset, Gerard has handled the situation with complete professionalism and respect. He not only resolves problems quickly, but he also has a way of calming me down and making sure I leave the conversation satisfied. What stands out most is his consistency. No matter the situation, Gerard treats residents with patience, understanding, and genuine care. His ability to turn a negative experience into a positive one reflects the type of leadership and customer service skills that make a huge difference in a community like this. In my opinion, Gerard goes above and beyond what’s expected of a leasing representative. His professionalism, communication skills, and dedication to residents are exactly the kind of qualities that deserve recognition, advancement, and reward within the company.

Fantastic experience: I chose to go with Picht & Sons for the sale of a house I owned for a number of years. I knew it was not going to be the easiest sale, because there were some updates that I wanted to have done to the property prior to selling. I knew I needed to choose a broker with extensive knowledge and maintenance ability. I was extremely impressed that the owner, Jason, was able to manage the entire project of getting the property ready for sale and selling it. He held contractors accountable to do the work properly, and accomplished our sales goal exactly the way he said he would. Picht & Sons is very capable of all real estate needs, and has a reliable team to ensure you get a great result. Jason really puts in work, and it shows with his results. When it comes to Real Estate, Jason is the man!

Fantastic experience: I must say Amanda has been so amazing to me. Along with Jason. I have been very greatful for them. With Their kindness and understanding as I was switched to this property management after having a very nice lady I have rented from for two years , and sadly she passed away and this team and company took my lease over, came into a few obstacles and they have been nothing but understanding, Quick to respond and take action in emergency situations , very communtive people and caring. I would rate this property management company #1 overall in the Tallahassee area as I have had a couple different ones. They go above and beyond and so I just want to thank them again , especially Amanda in the office she's is amazing, on top of things, and understanding and compassionate, and caring. She comes up with solutions that meets both of our needs. Amanda you rock girl! You deserve nothing but the best! Negative experience: Do not rent from these people unless you want to be harassed and have your rights infringed on. I moved in a month ago and was forced to have an inspection done even though in the state of Florida tenants have a right to 3 months of quiet peaceful enjoyment. When I didn’t want them going through my private bedroom after graciously extending the offer to do the inspection the property manager threatened me with going to the broker with my refusal even though I have right to refuse. Not to mention the inspection was an entire hour. Giving two starts because besides this terrible experience starting off the condition of the home is great and they have been very professional up until this point

Ty and Sherry are very nice and patient people. Throughout my application, they are accommodating for all the questions, serving efficiently and wisely , while very sweet and respectful to all my requirements. I ended up have a room tour and deposit agreement at the same day, since they provide wonderful property and good services. I also like their website design, allowing online payment with clear user experience and updated info.

Since then I can say they have been doing exceptional work making the complex a better place to live . From having people come out to pick up trash more often to setting up the resident portal to make all request and rent payments run smoothly . It has been very good . Even the property managers in front office are much more professional than the old ones from the last management company

I must say if you’re looking for a reliable trustworthy real estate company choose This one recently, we had bad weather and I requested for Jason to put some sand bags at my door. He did not hesitate. He immediately sent someone out to put the sandbags at my door. I really did appreciate that. I never have a problem if I need something done they immediately rectify the situation couldn’t ask for a better company.
