Fantastic experience: We worked with Scott Stremel buying our first house in Wichita, and he was a god-send for us. He guided us through every step and went above and beyond to help us buy our home. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Wichita. This is the best and easiest home-buying experience we've ever had.

Negative experience: Tiffany Voran was such a pleasure to work with. Took care of all my needs and concerns with ease. Highly recommended! Updated Things changed, unfortunately. I tried to sell the same house with her, but she wanted to undercut the sale by 20,000. Went a different way, and I sold it for more than asking, and as it. It would have been more, but I didn't want to do a bidding war. I truly wish it was different, but I feel I was being taken advantage of. She is, however, an excellent buyers agent.

Fantastic experience: Steve Conway is so kind. He answered all of our questions, explained everything in detail and made this as smooth as he possibly could. After our parents had passed away, we were left with three properties to sell all in different states. This was the last of the homes and was my childhood home, so we had done some remodel to the house prior to putting on the market.
