Fantastic experience: I had a great experience when purchasing my first home! Anthony Giron was my realtor and he helped me throughout the whole process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and made the process of purchasing a home really understanding. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!

Negative experience: Buyer/seller beware…Chris Marks, an “agent” with this company has strong opinions that he likes to voice on the internet. He sought out a conservative site and then decided to leave this comment… “Nothing yells at the top of your lungs from a mountain top (or stage) faith and Christianity like hate and lack of acceptance.” Writing it on his own page? Who cares. But he clearly doesn’t mind seeking out pages on social media, to ironically spreading hate.

Fantastic experience: David Meyer was with us every step of the way. He was very patient with us and educated us on rental properties. He was even responsive to questions we had after we had bought the home. He responds to text messages very quickly.

Fantastic experience: Dan Vigdal was my agent when I bought my house in Saint Paul in 2011. I was so impressed by his professionalism and his ability to steer me through the process that when I was ready to sell 12 years later I asked him to be my agent for the sale. Dan did an amazing job helping me through the sales process. He suggested some excellent vendors to perform some maintenance, updates, and cleaning. He worked directly with some of the vendors on my behalf since I was living out of state by the time the prep work started. He was smart about setting the asking price, resulting in several bids above it. Once the house was ready to show we had several offers within five days and closed on one of the offers within a month within $5,000 of the lower bound of the Zillow market price in a high interest rate market. Dan is a top real estate agent in my estimation.

His responsiveness to phone calls and willingness to work around my schedule made me feel like I was the only client he had...though I know that wasn't so. This was my first venture into income property and David was very knowledgable and could provide important insight as an income property owner himself.
