Even though our lender caused a lot of unnecessary stress with multiple issues, delays, and unkept promises, Fifi was there every step of the way to guide us, support us, and make sure everything stayed on track. She went above and beyond to handle every challenge—she even managed to reschedule our closing date and time multiple times on the same day, which was no easy task. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication turned a very stressful situation into a smooth and successful closing. Fifi is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about her clients. We always felt we were in good hands with her, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to help us get into our new home. Fantastic experience: Jose Flores made the process of selling our home so stress free and easy! He was quick to answer any questions we had. He is very knowledgeable, so we trusted his advice on things when it came down to negotiating things with the buyers. He had trusted vendors when we needed to out source some work. The house was under contract in a week! It was a great experience and Jose was helpful all around- from getting the house ready, pictures, the showings, the final walk through… all of it! He also helped my father-in-law find a home in the middle of all of that! We would definitely refer him to any friends or family looking and plan to use him in the future!

Fantastic experience: Of all the names realtor.com provided to me, Dan Madrigal was the only one that took the initiative to call me. We scheduled a time to meet. He was very thorough in explaining how everything was going to work. He is friendly and has a professional manner. I hired him at our first meeting. He kept me informed through the whole process. If all the associates are as good at their job as Dan is, then PenFed has a great group.

Fantastic experience: Julia Stelar was extremely efficient and pleasant to work with for our sale. She provided us with several outstanding options; some we had not even thought of before. Her speed of communications was the best we have ever seen. Our first email was sent to Julia on 15 July and we closed on 20 August. If that is not a record, I don't know what is. We were able to meet her in person, the week of 4 Aug. She was even more pleasant and easy to work with then. She quickly provide us solutions relative to POA questions from the title company, alleviating our concerns. Thanks Julia, it was a pleasure!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Gary Livingston and can't say enough good things about him. We met Gary 9 years ago during our first home purchase and knew we'd use him again when we started looking for a new home. First and foremost, Gary is one of the kindest, most genuine people we know. He cares about his clients and wants the best for them. He responds to messages very quickly, even on nights and weekends. He offers helpful advice, and does a great job of managing all the emotions his clients have when buying and selling a home. We had some issues with the home after closing, and Gary continued to help us communicate with the seller. That's above and beyond service you don't get many places these days!

Her expertise in being a general contractor plus one of the only agents in the state that is certified in staging she makes your home look amazing and inviting to buyers. Val Peare hands down is the best agent in the city of Wichita! I would never use another agent and I refer people to her all the time. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and effort she put into us getting the best outcome when selling our stepmoms home. She is the best!

Fantastic experience: Julie sold homes to most of my family members. We moved back after 20 years away due to military life. We put in several offers but finally found the one. I think we looked around 6 months, maybe 30 or more homes. But we never felt pressure whatsoever one way or another as far as where or what to purchase. She just rolled with us the whole way and was very chill and also very responsive. We've bought new homes before during our military time, and there was always some sort of pressure to buy new, or in a certain area. Not with Julie. Fantastic experience: Phyllis, Carla, and Phillip Zimmerman have been absolutely perfect. They have worked in tandem as a team, picking up where the other has left off. This home buying experience has been unlike our previous experiences. I would only work with this team and now know why their team is a step above others. Negative experience: If I could put negative stars I would. Do not trust these people. They left my garage unlocked or one of them stole everything stored inside and are not doing anything about it. Very untrustworthy. And they still refuse to acknowledge that they are screwing people over.

Fantastic experience: Our realtor was Haley and she was amazing!! She made the process SO easy and I don’t think we ever felt stressed out over anything. If we had questions she knew the answer, and if she didn’t she immediately reached out to someone in that specialty (construction/electric/ etc) and got the answer for us. She always gave us the pros and the cons of homes we looked at, and sometimes you really need that because you’re only seeing the things you love about it and overlooking the potential problems or if it didn’t align with what we wanted. We are so thankful to have her as our realtor!! Will definitely be using her again in the future when it’s time to move again.
