Fantastic experience: I’ve known Jena for a long time. When I saw the work she has done over the years with Found Realty, I knew that my wife and I had to have Jena as our realtor when the time came to sell our home. She did a tremendous job, making sure we were ready for pictures, understood the market challenges, and helped us get an offer much quicker than the market trends. Once we sold our home, we immediately turned our sights on finding the perfect home. We had a short lead time to find something perfect for us. My wife and I were concerned we would have to wait a while and potentially move into a rental unit, But Jena had other plans and put together some houses for us to visit over two weekends. Negative experience: Was hung up on twice, after trying to introduce myself. I don't know what that was about, the person on the line was a Jena Turner. Maybe they weren't in the mood to talk, but as a professional myself I found it very rude.

Fantastic experience: Coming into buying a house for the first time I was anxious to say the least. With it also being one of the craziest times of my life I was unsure of how to go about many of the processes involved with such a significant purchase. My relator Lesley Nelson was outstanding, she was patient and amazing with explaining the whole process step by step. Any house I told her I was interested in, she gave her full attention and even went as far as to dig up ALL the history of the house and past homeowners. She looked out for my best interest and I couldn't be happier with the location and house we closed on.

In 2017 she and Steve Johnston listed that home Even with appraisal issues that they had to ask for a reconsideration of appraisal and eventually were able to receive a new appraisal we got our home sold for the price we originally asked. In 2018 with their guidance and keen negotiation skills, we were able to buy our forever dream home.

Fantastic experience: Lilian purchased our first home alone while I was over seas. She had a great realtor but it was difficult for her to do it alone without me. This is one of the main reasons she became a realtor is because she seen how difficult and confusing it can be at times especially when you are making the decisions for a family all alone and hoping you are doing the right thing. Because of this experience she decided to become a realtor herself so she could help others navigate the sometimes stressful and sometimes confusing path to home ownership. With no realtor I reached out via text to the one person I could think of, Chantelle, who had showed me a home months prior. She immediately jumped in to help me and got me set up to tour the home that day, to beat their upcoming open house. In this crazy market we knew we had to be fast and creative so Chantelle helped me craft an offer that would be appealing to the sellers but not require me to just play around with the cash. Within days the house was ours! Then came the fun part of listing my home which I had not prepared for at all.
