Fantastic experience: Thank you Century 21! Chris Smith is the greatest realtor. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with buying or selling a house. He was my seller's agent (my house sold within 3 days!) and also our buyer's agent for the new house. What we liked about Chris: he kept in contact, checked in frequently and kept us posted with any updates he received during the process. We could ask questions and received prompt answers. Chris always had our best interest in mind. Not only did he jump through any hoop for us, we also got over flooring transitions together. It is evident that Chris loves what he does and is not just there for collecting a commission: Making sure people find their homes!

I was so stressed about packing and organizing things to be able to move, and they came in and helped me pack and even helped take a load of trash to the dump. Lynn is tenacious and helped get some of our flooring fixed when the company that installed it did not want to. Most importantly, she saw the value in our house and got us the price we wanted.

Fantastic experience: Lynn Cooper was our agent for both the selling of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. First off, let me say that Lynn was amazing. For our existing home, her market analysis of our home came up with a listing value that was considerably higher than what we were anticipating and her marketing strategy ensured maximum market exposure. In the end, we got a full price + offer for the home and it closed quickly with no surprises. For the new home, she listened to our wants and needs, aggressively sought out potential houses to consider, and provided us with good counsel during the entire buying process. She made herself available at all hours for questions we may have had and followed up with answers that helped us make a decision. As part of the contract negotiation and closing process, she helped guide us through the inspection of both houses, recommended businesses to use for services needed and for the new home, which was new construction, and helped us with contacting businesses that could provide items for completion of the build. Her list of contractors/businesses is extensive and were very responsive to our timeframe for the existing house sale and new house completion. She also acted as a coordinator for interactions between we as the buyer and the builder and his listing agent. Lynn is a no nonsense agent that tells things like it is - good or bad, which is a refreshing approach to real estate services. She helped us avoid the occasional pitfall that occurs with dealing with new construction and provided sound opinions/suggestions for the new home. Negative experience: Can’t say for the whole agency, but their agent - Tom Kempton was horrible, if not fraudulent. Sold house as dual agent against clearly stated in agreement that he can’t. Convinced us to resign agreement, claiming there will be no change and raised commission. As a dual agent worked in buyer favor. On our first meeting we discussed commission and he agreed on therms and then double it without our knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Our realtor, Chris Smith @ Century 21, worked very hard and diligently for us selling our house. Besides the beautiful pictures, he also made a personalized video and he used a drone video that I gave him to help advertise on Facebook. Once we got an offer, Chris really help us navigate the ups and downs of both negotiating an acceptable contract and preparing for closing. Fantastic experience: Chris Smith made our home buying experience quick and easy! He was willing to drive over an hour to show us houses and even came out to the house we chose one evening just so our oldest could see it since he was with his mom the first time we viewed it. He also made sure to take the fact that we have 3 kids AND 3 dogs in the household into consideration when helping us look for houses which was a HUGE plus. All 3 of our kids LOVE the house and all 3 of the dogs LOVE the big fenced in backyard! Chris will definitely be the first person we call if we ever decide to move again. Best. Realtor. Ever!
