Fantastic experience: Following the death of my father, we needed someone to help with the sale of his house in Austin. As a 30 year military veteran that has had to move over 17 times, I can say that Kim was far and away THE BEST real estate agent we have ever had! Her communication and drive is exceptional! We live in 3.5 hours north in Waxahachie. Kim did a tremendous job as our local agent during the sale. She was proactive and professional in answering questions and providing information that was accurate and helpful during our decisions. She often provided the advice we needed to hear instead of what we wanted to hear (to our benefit). Kim also provided expert advice on necessary home repairs to aid in the sale, and went above and beyond, providing timely recommendations on contractors and estimators to get repairs done. She even mowed our yard several times to save us the 3.5 hour trip to Austin or paying a contractor. The staging of our house really made it shine and she even helped with the cost of the staging materials! Never in my experience with realtors have I seen an agent put in so much personal effort and resources into keeping the sellers informed and helping make the sale. Kim held at least two and often three open houses a month to keep our house on the forefront of buyer's minds. Kim definitely puts in the extra effort to make the seller's experience a good one! I will absolutely recommend her to anyone moving to the Austin area. Magnolia Realty has a tremendous asset in Kim Bullock!

Fantastic experience: Quite simply a cut above other real estate companies. Their listings have a certain quality that other companies miss. Just looking at them you can see the standard is higher for any of their homes listed. The agent we worked with in the Waco office, Mr. Phelps, was honest, well versed in housing and the uniqueness of each property shown to us whether a Magnolia listing or one from other realty offices. He neither pushed us to go with Magnolia nor showed any prejudice when showing other realty offerings. As an out of town buyer he guided us in all aspects of searching for to buying and closing on our new home long distance.
