Negative experience: Leonardo Guerrero was terrible. I tried contacting him directly for a rental property. His contact information was wrong on the realtor app. Went to the JBgoodwin website and got his info off of there and was still unable to contact him. Contacted a different realtor from that company to view the property. Once we paid the application fee that’s when Leonardo started to talk to me. Everything went pretty smooth until it came to getting the keys. I was first told that he was going to talk to the landlord on getting keys and we can meet up. After a week of silence I followed up with him 3 days before our lease started and he changed the whole game plan I’m suppose to call the landlord myself to get the keys. We called him and he had no idea who we were and wasn’t expecting my call. He then told me that he was going to send my lease and other documents in a timely manner, and he never did. I wouldn’t recommend this realtor.

Positive experience: JBGoodwin was representative to purchase and sell my house. Both of cases were completed successfully and they are professionals and nice attitude all the time. BUT I hope JBGoodwin took some cozy atmosphere and understood new culture. Feel like work with government agent.

Fantastic experience: We teamed up with Marisa Mendoza for a rental home. We were at our resident for 10yrs and needed some insight on current market and rental contracts. She was personable, knowledgeable and eager to help. Marisa , was very responsive and a great liaison between us and the listing agent. Fantastic experience: We met Sara from JBG as our realtor agent, she was very helpful, and helped to communicate with the landlord of our special case (newly arrived to the US without the usual checks). She helped to make a deal and organised everything neatly. Also she promptly answered our inquiry about the property and welcomed us to the initial visit the next day on a weekend. She found us the perfect house and helped us each step of the way! She checked in often and if we called and she didn’t answer she was always quick to return the call. Fantastic experience: Victoria dedicated herself to finding us the best home for our situation first moving to Austin, although we ended up renting, she was diligent to help us in setting up visits to several apartments/homes for lease in the area we wanted to live.
