Fantastic experience: We had decided it was time to downsize. We had lived in our three-level house for 27 years and our knees were grumbling about the stairs. We lived in Davenport Ranch (78746). We looked for a sales agent who could: Help us achieve maximum profit from a sale within six months of listing, at 95% (or more) of the listing price - AND - where we were a reference for the agent after the transaction closed. Provide wise counsel in what we have to repair, update prior to any showing/staging Help in finding service providers for repair and staging Provide honest counsel on how we deal with any ‘problem’ area Provide clarity on likely closing costs Use their skill in securing a lease-back and evaluating trade-offs in closing the transaction After interviewing several agents, we shook hands with Scott Joffee. Now that the transaction has closed - we are thrilled we worked with him. Scott delivered on each point we were looking for - AND MORE. His pricing analysis was excellent and we sold for full list price after only one adjustment. Scott was an active participant in staging, securing contractors for repairs, and simplifying closing. Scott was always available. We took a long-scheduled trip to China after the house came on the market and Scott worked well with our house sitter to show the house. Scott arranged for a stunning marketing brochure with fabulous photographs. When our first offer was rescinded in the option period, Scott helped us recover. When we got anxious and wondered about lowering the price, Scott provided wise counsel about why the house was fairly priced. We closed the sale in less than three months and we are a strong reference for Scott. We would highly recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Elisha Perez to anyone looking to buy or sell in ATX. She's the full package - and I am not just saying that. This is the second time we have purchased our home using Elisha and we couldn't have been happier. When my husband and I found out we were going to be having a baby we reached out to her letting her know we felt moving was on the horizon. She immediately jumped in to help us and was genuinely excited for our life update. At the time we weren't certain how fast we wanted to move - she was understanding a patient, no pressure from her at all. Fantastic experience: I have been a real estate agent in Austin for over 20 years. I just put my license on hold in February. I had some properties that were donated to a charity organization and we hired Barbara to help us with the sale of these properties. Fantastic experience: Brooke Williamson should be your go to realtor in the Austin area! I can't believe it's been over 7 years since I first reached out to her, and she has been wonderful to work with throughout the years. She is well-versed in the Austin area and helped narrow down a list of neighborhoods and priorities for my potential home. I am quite picky, so we toured countless homes on and off over the years. Not a lot of realtors will have the patience to keep a positive attitude and continue to accompany you to see houses, but Brooke was amazing, constantly updating me about the changing Austin market and even helping me find rentals when I wasn't quite ready to buy yet. When I finally found a home I liked, we had had to move fast to submit and beat out competing offers within 48 hours of seeing the place, but Brooke was ready in a heartbeat, guiding me through every step, providing advice and answering all the questions I had as a first-time home buyer. She worked closely with the listing agent and quickly relayed any responses during the negotiation period. With Brooke's help and dedication, we were able to finalize everything very smoothly over a quick 3-week turnaround from offer to close!

Fantastic experience: There are so many real estate agents in Austin, but no one compares to Paco Bertsch! Paco has helped me buy two houses in Austin, during two very different housing market conditions. He's the ideal agent for new homebuyers as well as seasoned investors. What sets Paco apart from other agents is his trustworthiness, his knowledge and experience in real estate, and the attention he gives his clients. For each house we looked at, he made sure we were aware of all the negatives and risks associated with the property. He's very detail oriented and spots little things that can balloon into bigger problems later. Paco was also incredibly helpful in navigating all the market changes that were happening when we bought our new home in late 2023. There weren't any comps available for the unique property we bought, but Paco was able to creatively determine a logical price estimate based on the available resources. We ended up buying our new house for a lower price than we expected! The last thing I'll mention is that Paco makes his clients feel really valued and goes out of his way to be available for them. He checks in after closing, and it's clear that he really cares about his clients. We love working with Paco and recommend him to everyone!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Lisa Muñoz and her team (Janine Mitchell and Carson Uhr); it's hard to convey how highly she came recommended by my colleagues and friends. We started the process of finding a home about a month and a half ago or so (two months at the latest), in a very, very difficult housing market. Fantastic experience: We worked with Alex Hernandez Bobrow for our East Austin home and are so happy with the entire experience! Alex guided us in selecting our area of interest based on proximity, market projection and builder reputation. She was there with us through model home tours, design center appointments, getting a 3rd party inspection arranged, blue tape & final walkthrough, even randomly popping into the construction site and sending us progress videos. Additionally, she works with a lender who is a great resource for any mortgage questions, even if you choose not to proceed with his lending company. I just really don’t think many people understand the hard work and dedication it takes to do a realtor’s job, because now I’ve seen first-hand how much realtors like her dedicate to their profession.
