Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend using Teri Herrmann when you are buying or selling a home. Teri provided excellent support when we were selling our elderly mother’s home - compassionate when needed and offering direct, specific feedback when appropriate. After finally getting the house ready to list, it sold in just a week! And then a week later we were asking Teri to help our daughter and her husband buy their first house. She was very patient walking this young couple through what can be an overwhelmingly process. A shot out to Teri’s KW team as well - so polite and responsive.

Farnaz did an excellent job marketing the property, thoroughly qualifying applicants, and ultimately securing a great tenant. Her negotiation skills are impressive; she was able to achieve a high rental rate, making the property profitable despite the season. She also handled the move-out and move-in process seamlessly, including the walkthrough, key handoff, and coordinating utilities with the new tenant. When a previous realtor from a different company failed to even get us an offer in 3 months time; Ethan was able to swoop in and get us multiple offers in weeks until we finally sold for a reasonable amount that we are happy with. Without details Doug coordinated problems with the corporation that purchased my existing home of 59 years (he was not connected) and the purchase of the condo which he sold to me. Being a downsizing the sale of my home was to pay for the condo. As there were several companies involved closing date and fund transfers were present. Doug and team coordinated all to a satisfactory conclusion. I highly recommend Doug's Team if considering a real estate transaction.

When we found a home we liked he always made himself available to go view it in this crazy market and was quick to write up offers. He is very knowledgeable and stays on top of it! When issues arose with our buyers lender, he went out of his way to communicate with them multiple times a day to get our deal done. He was attentive and truly dedicated to helping us find the home of our dreams. Not to mention, our current home was sold in less than 24 hours over asking price!

Fantastic experience: I met Ethan through my mortgage lender and I honestly could not have asked for a better recommendation. Ethan exhibits all the qualities admirable in a reliable realtor - Quick, efficient, communicative and not to mention extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. From day 1, Ethan was on top of things. We were able to view a house within the same day of receiving an introductory call from him. While on vacation out of state with his wife and family, Ethan continued to be responsive to my texts/calls and even arranged for us to see other houses we were interested in with other realtors to ensure we did not miss out on any potential opportunities (at least 3 viewings were scheduled for us during his weekend vacation).
