Fantastic experience: I want to thank Fran and Sara for their great work and professionalism; they helped and advised me at all times. Even though I haven't had good experiences with real estate agencies, as most are thieves and charge a commission for finding you a rental knowing that it's prohibited, I was pleasantly surprised here. It's the first real estate agency I know of on the island that doesn't charge for that, and despite that, they are professionals with a family touch that makes you feel very good!!!! Thank you.

Negative experience: A real horror. They are capable of turning the excitement of buying a home into a NIGHTMARE. Not recommended.

Negative experience: Terrible real estate agency, I had my chosen apartment ready to sign the deposit, and out of nowhere they back out and I lose the purchase, totally unacceptable!!!!

Fantastic experience: Shopping at Mirador del Atlántico was a real ordeal due to the AML (anti-money laundering regulations), but I believe the suffering was worth it. Fran, the sales representative from Financiahogar, is a true professional and always supportive in all the procedures. Furthermore, he endured being the target of my frustrations over everything that the owning fund demanded, which was beyond reasonable. A 10 to Financiahogar and a 12 to Fran.

Negative experience: Contacto con ellos para hablar y quizás visitar una propiedad y no hacen más que darme largas, cada día me dicen que al día siguiente alguien se pondrá en contacto conmigo... nunca lo hacen. Llevo así mas de una semana. Escribo quejandome (porque nunca contestan el telefono) y ven el mensaje y no contestan. Más de una semana llevo asi. Demuestran falta de profesionalidad y credibilidad...
