Fantastic experience: Ik heb alleen maar goede ervaringen ,zonder hun hulp en geduld met het verkopen van mijn apartement ,foute papieren ect ect , had ik nu een zenuwinzinking gehad .

Fantastic experience: Ich als Immobilienmaklerin kann die Pedro Ripol Group in Los Christianos, Teneriffa sehr gerne und mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Das Team aus mind. 7 Mitarbeitern ist sehr freundlich, transparent und ehrlich. Ich habe selten ein Immobilienbüro mit so viel Herz und Zeit erleben dürfen. Fast alle sprechen, außer ihrer Muttersprache spanisch, auch sehr gut deutsch und englisch. Hier spürt mann, dass jeder Kunde gleich behandelt wird....egal ob ich eine Immobilie für 50.000€ oder 500.000€ kaufen möchte. Das Angebot an Immobilien ist vielseitig und für jedeb Kunden/Geldbeutel erreichbar. Parallel sind Anwälte mit in der Kanzlei, die uns mit Rat und Tat bei unserem Kauf auf Teneriffa zur Seite stehen. Hierzu möchte ich noch ergänzen, dass ich/wir vom Fach kommen, aber das Baurecht usw. auf Teneriffa auch für uns Neuland ist/war. 5 Sterne für dieses Immobilienbüro das aus meiner Sicht genau das tut, was ein Kunde wünscht. Hier geht es nicht nur ums Geld verdienen (wie es leider bei vielen Immobilienmaklern der Fall ist....ich darf mich hier selbst fremd achämen), hier spürt mann schon beim Erstkontakt....Ehrlichkeit, Vertrauen und Herz. Beim Suchen einer passenden Immobilie auf Teneriffa, solltet ihr euch gerne und unbedingt an Pedro Ripold und sein Team wenden. Viel Spass beim verwirklichen eurer Träume.

Negative experience: We chose Pedro Ripol Group because they advertised, having backgrounds in both fields (properly and law) and frankly that's why we chose them..we provided info in total of 3 emails, on which we only have received one reply (which was basically just the same wrong advice given over the phone), than no reply on 2 follow up emails for 5 days..until ww called to ask for refund bcs we found the service unhelpful and misleading. The property lawyer, didn't even take into consideration what category/type of land are we on (agricultural or urbanisable), so the advice given was totally wrong. To cut the story short, we were evicted from the place, so we went back and asked for refund as we felt we didn't get the service we paid for. We didn't feel it's right to pay for being misled. What's the worse we actually acted on the advice, which has caused us even more hassle with local police. So we paid for something that put us in even worse situation than we were before! Caused more stress than and tension with police etc. We have the conversation recorded, with permission of the lawyer to back up this claim. They completely failed to take responsibility for their mistake, which is unheard of in civilised world. ..just so you know, that's what reviews are for. Stay away from them. Totally unprofessional, money grabbing and unresponsive. You lost a genuine customer!

Negative experience: J'étais intéressé par un appartement en vente affiché dans leur vitrine. Je suis rentré et l'employée n'a su me donner aucun renseignement sur le bien. Elle m'a expliqué qu'elle allait me recontacter et ensuite plus aucune nouvelle. Pas sérieux.
