Buenas tardes, hemos encontrado un cliente para su piso. Que lleva en el mercado casi 4 años. Loc clientes estaban dispuestos a pagar su precio SIN NEGOCIAR! Usted tardaron un mes para en final no firmar el contrato. Nuestros compradores perderon la confianza con usted. Hemos eliminado su propiedad de nuestra base de datos, por que no estamos para perder tiempo. Y tu tienes que dejar a tu ex mujer vender el piso por una vez y portarte como un hombre de verdad, por que ella de verdad lo necesita. Y tu eres un sin vergüenza y estás aprovechando de que por alguna razón tienes el 50 % de la vivienda y no quieres que se venda por que tienes miedo de quedarte sin donde vivir. El problemas en esta historia eres tu Aleksander Shakhotkin.

Fantastic experience: Professional, honest and absolutely trustworthy! Highly recommend Nous Property Real Estate company to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in Tenerife, or looking for a reliable management service for their vacation homes. Ilya and his company were recommend to us by our host when we arrived to Tenerife and we couldn't be so grateful and happy for that. We had a very limited time and budget to find our dream vacation home and thanks to these professional people our mission was successful and we managed to buy the perfect place and location for us. For someone who is a first time buyer in Tenerife, the legal process was quite complicated, but thankfully we were advised and assisted very professionally and everything went much easier and smoothly. We trusted them as well to manage our holiday apartment and since we left in March our apartment has been rented with short term guests very successfully and being a "control freak " myself, I can say I sleep well, knowing that our life time investment is in the best possible hands!
