Fantastic experience: The best real estate agency in the south

Negative experience: This real estate agency demonstrates its lack of professionalism, incompetence, and bad manners. Yesterday I called for some management issues, and apart from the fact that she answered the phone without identifying herself, she ignored me. Today I called back, and after asking her name several times, mostly to know who I was speaking with, I finally managed to get it out of her, and she said her name was Lara. However, given how the morning has gone, I believe she gave a false name. She told me she needed a couple of details, and we agreed that I would call her back with the information. When I gathered the information, I called the agency again, and they hung up on me. From that point on, they neither answer the phone nor respond. They do not convey trust, reliability, or competence; I don't even know or understand how they sell anything, if they sell anything at all.

Fantastic experience: We were attended by Raul who did everything possible for us to make the visit (we only went for one day to Tenerife). Raul was super friendly and gave us many ideas/tips to leave the house to our liking. It seems to be a very serious real estate agency.
