Negative experience: The worst real estate agency. If you have any problems, they don't solve them or they just keep you waiting. They are very self-interested, always taking the landlord's side (who is the one paying them). I do not recommend it in any way; any other real estate agency in Pontevedra is much more competent and professional.

Negative experience: Fatal. The person who showed us the apartment did it without any enthusiasm and then started smoking on the terrace of the apartment. When we spoke with her, she didn't even look us in the face, she just kept using her phone. We left and did not rent the apartment because of the treatment we received.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. We were attended by a lady named Mamen and her professional ethics leave much to be desired. She showed us an apartment on Armórica street that we liked a lot. She showed it to us as if she didn't want to, in fact, when we said goodbye she didn't even look us in the face. We explained our situation to her, that our lease was ending in two weeks and we wanted to reserve this one. She told us yes, that it was reserved but pending an interview with the owner, so we stopped looking for apartments. As days went by, we called her to arrange the interview but she kept giving us the runaround (she was probably looking for more tenants for the interview), until one day we finally arranged it and to our surprise, there were more people that day scheduled for the interview. If she knew we were in a hurry, she could have said that there were more people who had reserved for the interview, but she kept quiet. Moreover, she scheduled us on a Saturday at 12 noon for the interview with everyone, so we had to wait there half an hour for the others to finish their interviews... couldn't she have scheduled us at different times than those she was going to interview? And finally, she said she would call us to let us know if we got the apartment or not, and of course, she never called. A great professional.

Negative experience: Fatal. Unpleasant manager, zero professional treatment. There are plenty of real estate agencies to have to go to this dump.

Negative experience: Mal, mal, mal. Nada recomendable. Alquilo una plaza de garage un jueves, cuando voy a sacar el coche, casi no puedo salir porque rozan los bajos en las rampas. Aviso el lunes porque no puedo utilizar la plaza y ya no puedo hacer nada, y por otra parte, el teléfono que me hacen constar en el contrato de la propietaria está apagado todo el día.

Negative experience: Pongo 1 estrella por no poder poner 0. Llamo interesandome por un piso de alquiler. Me da largas varias veces dieciendome que no sabe cuando se lo dejaran libre, a dia 26 de febrero le vuelvo a llamar, y me dice que no sabe si se lo dejaran el dia 1 de Marzo libre... Como ya sabia que me estaba toreando, Llama mi mujer y le dice que ya tiene dos visitas para el Lunes, que si ninguno se lo queda, nos lo enseñaria, que RESPETA el orden... Vaya, pues yo se que seriedad tiene 0, total que menos mal que no dependemos de una persona asi. Desde luego ya se donde NO voy a alquilar ni comprar nada que tenga que ver con inmuebles. Me han atendido en otros sitios con seriedad absoluta y total. Ha perdido dos clientes.

Negative experience: La primera toma de contacto muy secos ya por teléfono, el trato debe ser bueno en persona o por cualquier medio

Negative experience: Fuimos a ver un piso y quedamos en decirle algo para poder reservarlo. Nos fuimos, hablamos y a los 20 minutos llamamos para reservar pero nadie nos contesta. Había una familia después nuestra para ver el piso pero nos dicen que al ir primero tenemos nosotros preferencia. Nos dicen que esta reservado y llamamos que como es posible que lo reservaran si nosotros aun no dijéramos nada pero según ellos nosotros no dijimos nada de quererlo reservar. A ellos lo único que le interesa es tener el dinero en mano dejando mal al propietario del piso. Aparte la otra persona de la inmobiliaria nos dice que si que podemos reservarlo pagando a una hora, hicimos el desplazamiento desde más de 40km y nos dicen eso. Si en una inmobiliaria no se entienden entre ellos muestra que profesionalidad poca, aparte teniendo muy poca palabra. Dando a entender que son unos mentirosos y muy convenientes.

Negative experience: Profesionalidad cero. No sé como hay gente que le fía sus viviendas para que se las alquilen, porque lo quieres ver y te ponen pegas por todas partes para enseñártelo. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Aconsejo a la gente que ponga sus viviendas en otra inmobiliaria o por cuenta propia. Lo van a alquilar mucho antes.

Negative experience: De todo menos profesional. Por cancelar una cita (con antelación y por trabajo) he tenido que escuchar cosas como “vete a tomar por el culo”. Menudo maleducado. Además no le interesa enseñar determinados pisos en alquiler, si no solo los que quiere meterte el.

Negative experience: Estuvimos en la puerta mirando y cuando vamos a entrar la dependienta sale sin hablarnos, nos da la espalda y se larga, una verguenza

Negative experience: Me interese en adquirir una vivienda,cuando pedi la documentacion legal oportuna empezo el nerviosismo ademas de traer un papel de propiedad sin ningun sello o firma oficial,poca profesionalidad,en cuanto dije que los papeles serian vistos por mi abogado y notario,no volvio a ser igual y pedian 6000€ para reservar la vivienda.experiencia pesima
