Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with this real estate agency. I consider them to be unprofessional and unserious. We agreed to meet in Vilagarcía de Arousa to show an apartment. That day Mr. Luis arrived an hour later than the agreed time. Then I showed interest in the apartment. Luis asked me to send all the documentation of my ID, pay stubs, and work contract for me and my friends to present to the Non-Payment Insurance, and once I sent all the documents, he never replied to my messages and calls again. IN SUMMARY: Unprofessional and unserious.

Negative experience: Terrible real estate agency with customer service. They don’t care about anything. They are scoundrels; you tell them thirty times that you want to rent the apartment, and they ignore you.

Positive experience: I give 4 stars, not for anything bad that happened to me. I am looking for a house, preferably for rent, and if not, an apartment that accepts pets. But I see very bad reviews. I will call them and check for myself, and if the service is good and everything that entails, I will change my opinion.

Negative experience: Attention owners. Before renting the apartment and during, everything was fine. As soon as the tenants left the apartment (sofa destroyed, everything full of holes that the deposit doesn’t cover) NOBODY from the LEIRO REAL ESTATE takes responsibility. We called and no one answered… no shame… However, Ester was very professional but it seems she no longer works there. The owner asks us to talk to her but the rental has been managed by the LEIRO real estate agency and they never take responsibility. Their response is a disgrace.

Negative experience: We were told that they would accept the offer and that if the deposit wasn't signed, it was because the property was sick. In total, it was a lie, and the deposit was signed by others while we were just left in reserve. What a shame, Luis, right? Unacceptable for you to be professionals with lies of this sort.

Negative experience: Through booking, we rented an 85m apartment with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom on Urzaiz street, Vigo. We were greeted by L., and by the contact phone number, they work for this real estate agency. A disaster from start to finish. To avoid going into too much detail, I'll highlight that it was two bedrooms, not an apartment, one of them with a bathroom and surprise... Inside the bathroom, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and some kitchenware. I don’t think Sanitation would appreciate this... Besides opened coffee jars and capsules that were not compatible with the coffee maker provided. Very pleasant to make a coffee with the toilet next door. It was neither an 85m apartment nor did it have a kitchen. The photos do not match what was contracted. We complained and were ignored, they did not respond to the phone or the WhatsApp messages sent. Of course, we demanded a full refund through booking. An absolute disgrace.

Negative experience: You go to see an apartment and they tell you that they will notify you, even after meeting all the landlord's requirements, having a permanent contract and offering the deposit at that moment. When you ask if they have news week after week, they tell you that they will notify you (again). A friend called and they told her that the apartment is still available, which means they simply don't want to admit that (for some reason I don't know) they don't think we fit the profile instead of giving hope. In real estate, everyone knows that trust and honesty are paramount; the Leiro real estate agency lacks both, and the other reviews confirm this.

Negative experience: Some unprofessional people, incredibly disappointed with this real estate agency, what a lack of professionalism. We went to see an apartment on a Saturday from Madrid that we reserved until Monday, then later asked if it was possible to hold it until Wednesday while they continued showing it, to which they said yes. After calling all afternoon on Monday to confirm that we wanted the apartment, while being in the reservation period, they had the nerve not to respond and the next day tell us that they have rented it. This is the first time this has happened to me, I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: It's not slander, it's the pure TRUTH! He is a shameless person who took my €350 deposit, when he told me the whole time that he would return it to me. If he were a legal person, he wouldn't record conversations on the phone or when we go to his office, that says a lot about you.

Fantastic experience: Excelentes profesionales, me resolvieron un tema de inscribir mi casa correctamente en el registro y en el catastro y me la vendieron a buen precio y se encargaron de todo, muy recomendables

Negative experience: Fatal está inmobiliaria no se la recomiendo a nadie la agente comercial es sería me dejó plantada durante una hora y ni me avisó no la recomiendo a nadie

Negative experience: Pésima administración y nula transparencia en la gestión , resaltar a José Leiro por su falta de profesionalidad ya que en todo el proceso desde que alquiló el piso hasta que conseguí echar a los inquilinos ( que me destrozaron el piso ) dio malos consejos en el proceso judicial en todo momento … incompetente y nada recomendable .
