Negative experience: I give it one star because you can't give less, I couldn't be more unhappy. About a month and a half ago, I went to look at an apartment from this real estate agency, I liked it and said I wanted it, they asked for a deposit of 350 euros, which is what the rent was, to reserve it. We made a pre-contract stating that the apartment was already reserved for me and that I would move in between the 25th and the 30th because they had to finish painting it and making some changes. The problem arises when the date approaches when they said the apartment would be ready to move in; excuses start coming, first saying they were going on vacation for two weeks and that when they came back we would meet and it would already be to give us the keys. The day comes, and nothing, they said they would meet with the owner and that we were pushing the date back. The next date arrives, and the excuse was that they were in the hospital. Days go by, and they still don't answer, only to finally tell me that the apartment was not going to be rented. The surprise comes when I find out that they rented the same apartment to a co-worker of my partner. They were giving us both the same excuses to finally leave us both without an apartment... Now they are completely unresponsive; they say they were going to help us find another apartment as compensation, but since that day they've stopped answering. And I, thinking I was definitely moving into the apartment, left the one I was in and suddenly found myself on the street without an apartment and had to resort to staying in hotels, spending a ton of money. Overall, the treatment was terrible.

Negative experience: Be very careful with these people. Scammers. They ask for money in advance for the day of the key handover and then say they are not renting it after all. And they didn't even notify us. Scam.

Negative experience: I would not recommend it under any circumstances. Not professional, they ask for a deposit/reservation for an apartment that they then rent to third parties.
