Soluciones Inmobiliarias Del Norte

Negative experience: I work in the sector and now I understand the clients who are so fed up with real estate agencies. They don't tell the truth, you can tell they lie, there's an absolute lack of seriousness. If I see a property managed by this agency again, I won't even think about calling. The fact that they have so many negative reviews and don't even bother to respond to them (nor the positive ones) says a lot about their lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of shameless people. I made an offer on a property for which I never received a response. They didn’t answer the phone, and when they did, they promised to call me back but never did. Totally not recommended; professionalism and seriousness are zero.

Fantastic experience: Very good professionals! They have extensive knowledge of the real estate market and provide personalized and accurate advice when purchasing properties. They are those kind of people with whom you create bonds for long-term purchases, precisely because they are upfront with the truth. Jesús and Ana are undoubtedly the best professionals in the sector I have encountered in León!

Negative experience: After buying a flat from them and encountering numerous irregularities due to their ineffectiveness and issues (such as non-payment of debts), they have not answered the phone or replied to our messages. A true disaster.

Fantastic experience: They are true professionals, in this case Jesus, a first-class professional, advised me extraordinarily to meet my demands regarding the housing acquisition and the cancellation. He exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! This is the second property I buy from them and I will definitely repeat! It is one of the few companies you can trust in real estate, after having terrible experiences with others. Keep it up!!

Negative experience: YOU CANNOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, EVERYTHING IS REALLY GOOD WORDS UNTIL YOU BUY AND THEN THEY DISAPPEAR LIKE MAGIC. THEY ARE REAL UNRELIABLE PEOPLE AND SCAMMERS. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THEM. NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES PASSED AFTER POSTING THE REVIEW AND THEY HURRIED TO CALL ME TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT BUT HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME AGAIN. I HAVE CALLED THEM AGAIN AND, AS ALWAYS, THEY DO NOT ANSWER.

Fantastic experience: I don't understand the negative reviews, I have known them for years and they are excellent professionals, as well as honest. 100% RECOMMENDED!! Thank you very much team for making my dreams come true.

Negative experience: YOU CAN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, IT'S ALL JUST GREAT WORDS UNTIL YOU PURCHASE AND THEN THEY DISAPPEAR LIKE MAGIC. THEY ARE REAL DISGRACEFUL PEOPLE AND THIEVES. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THEM. NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES PASSED AFTER I LEFT THE REVIEW AND THEY HURRIED TO CALL ME TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK BUT HAVEN'T REACHED OUT SINCE. I'VE CALLED THEM AGAIN AND AS ALWAYS, NO ANSWER.

Negative experience: I reaffirm and confirm all the previous negative reviews regarding these people because they cannot be called a company or real estate agency, rather cheap hair growth sellers. What they are professionals at is lying and deceiving, not answering the phone, hanging up, or responding with a message of 'I'll call you later' and until today. Negligence and shame, just like their office, if it can be called that, is the feeling they produce. LAMENTABLE.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this place because I couldn't find what I wanted, and it has truly been a great decision. Speed, dedication, and a lot of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Super professionals, I explained what I wanted, they got it for me super fast and advised me with all the procedures.

Negative experience: You show interest in a property and they never call you back... I've never seen a real estate agency so neglectful and lacking in professionalism.

Negative experience: I scheduled a visit with them and 20 minutes later they had not shown up. If you run a business like this, it's better not to run it.

Positive experience: Occasional visit

Nunca, y repito, nunca, me habia sentido tan ofendida.
