Negative experience: I do not recommend it for renting. Being a thousand-euro person makes you feel like they treat you like a poor person and a thief. Plus, the time they make you waste to meet with more 'candidates', as if it’s the job of your life. When you are going to pay, of course, you are part of the process; they forget quite a bit that you are a key piece and that you should be respected. These policies are a bit derogatory. They really do butter up the customer a lot. But someday it could be you as the customer. They don’t take that into account. It’s better to say 'I believe it’s already reserved'... but at least don’t waste time.

Negative experience: It's already in the past (it happened in 2021) but I can't hold back. This real estate agency advertised the sale of a house in León. We saw the house and we liked it. My son bought it. We quickly prepared the operation at the bank because imminent interest rate hikes were expected. When we went to sign the reservation, they communicated that the owner was now asking for more money (we had allowed the agency to see the appraisal). We absolutely refused to pay more than what was published and asked the agency to legally require the owner to sell for what was published. They apologized, claiming they were unsure if they could do anything about it. We seriously demanded compliance with what was published, and they did nothing to solve the matter. In the end, they refunded the price paid for the appraisal. We lost the banking operation already granted at a very advantageous fixed rate (interest rates immediately began to rise). The real estate agency demonstrated a total lack of professionalism and did not lift a finger to defend our rights. They published a price that they did not respect and then asked for a higher price (incredible). In short, if this is the kind of business they conduct, it will be advisable for any customer of the aforementioned agency to ensure absolutely before acquiring any property through their mediation. Perhaps we should have legally claimed against the agency, although I do not know if it is possible. What we do know is the need to publicize what happened to expose an absolutely shameful behavior on the part of any company. In a recent response to this review from the agency, they claim that they assumed the economic damage caused (the cost of the appraisal we allowed them to see and unrelated to their management) and that the owner establishes the price of the house. Well, can the established and published price be changed at any time? Is there no legal way for both the owner and the agency publishing the sale to comply with what was published? The agency is unaware of the economic damage caused (unrelated to their management), but it can be assumed that given the loss of the banking operation at already nonexistent rates, which the buyer urgently solved only to later be forced to lose the operation. The agency, indeed, encouraged access to the request for an increase in the initially published price. Is it too bold to think that with the knowledge of the bank appraisal conducted and known by the agency, and the immediate request for a price increase, these two issues are related? I wish it weren't the case, but what is true is that as buyers and clients of the agency, we did not observe any other efforts aimed at a solution different from convincing us to accept the increase over the published price. A clear and emphatic mockery and absence of professionalism and seriousness.

Negative experience: Nada recomendables, sobre todos V.F, no es nada seria. Te enseña un piso por la mañana lo dejas apalabrado y por la tarde sin avisarte ni llamarte, te enteras que se lo ha dado a otra persona que ha ido después que tú y en vez de darte explicaciones serias, como sería de esperar de una empresa, no te coge el teléfono. No entiendo como una persona así puede estar en nómina en una empresa que parecía seria. No recomiendo nada tratar con ella y por lo que veo en otras reseñas con ninguno de ellos.

Negative experience: Nos interesamos por un piso en alquiler, llamó mi pareja y le contaron una historia, al no recibir respuesta llame yo a los pocos días y la historia fue distinta, quedamos en que a la semana siguiente me llamaban para poder ir a verlo. No lo hicieron, volví a llamar y concretaron en llamarme para ver el inmueble, da la casualidad de que la persona que lo lleva nunca está. Insistimos una vez más sin respuesta, a los poco días el anuncio se borró y el inmueble ya estaba alquilado. Se ve que a través de una conversación telefónica ven tu nómina, tus ingresos, tu estabilidad… En fin, poco profesionales y nada recomendables.

Negative experience: Les pongo una estrella porque cero no es posible. No facilitan ninguna clase de información, se jactan de haberte ayudado cuando no lo hacen. Vistas las críticas no debo ser la primera con el mismo problema con el trato para nada profesional que tienen. Te increpan y te tratan con condescendencia, hasta el punto de pedir un poco de respeto y que te levanten la voz, además de echarte del establecimiento, solo por haber pedido que te hablen y te traten con respeto. A mayores se meten a dar opiniones de carácter personal sin haberse informado primero, diciendo cosas contradictorias a la información que he llevado impresa sacada directamente de la junta de Castilla y León. Muy muy muy deplorable.

Negative experience: Me han atendido con desgana, entras con la intención de comprar un piso, y te la quitan... Estamos hablando de comprar pisos, considero que tienen que atenderte mejor

Negative experience: Anuncian pisos y casas que no existen como gancho para que llames. Llamas y te dicen 'ya está vendido' y diez días más tarde vuelven a subir la misma casa. Por favor, no tratéis con mentirosos.

Negative experience: Fui a ver una casa, y Olga fue la persona encargada de enseñármela. Al llegar a la casa y antes de entrar hablamos un poco para que me conociera y al hablarle de mi pareja me dejó caer de forma irónica que le conocía y no de algo precisamente bueno que no me quiso especificar. Desde ese momento se me quitaron las ganas de ver el piso, cosa que finalmente hice por mantener la educación que a ella le faltó. Creo que si eres una persona que se dedica a alquilar casas debes de ser ante todo objetiva y profesional. Finalmente, creo que no era tan malo lo que tenías en contra de mi pareja porque quisiste que nos quedáramos con el piso, cosa que por supuesto no hicimos. Nunca alquilaría una vivienda con alguien que se se comportó de esa forma. Un poquito más de profesionalidad no te vendría mal.
