Negative experience: Well, looking at the series of reviews, some say that the service is terrible, that the commissions are the highest in León, and other things talking about how awful they are. I present my experience with them. I showed up to see a property, a plot with a small house, and from the moment I met the seller, all she talked about was how bad the property was, belittling the plot and the small house it had. As the seller, I didn’t understand her attitude; I mean, you’re telling me you're going to show me the house and you don’t have the keys to several doors? I don't understand why, if you are going to show a house, at least you should have the keys to show it. Perhaps the problem was that they didn’t want to show it. Then, the seller herself asked me how much I was willing to pay for it, saying there were people offering up to €10,000 less because the property, frankly, is a piece of crap. Those weren't the exact words, but close enough. The truth is that I would pay the full price listed in the ad. So, I went to the real estate office; they took my details and made the reservation for the property. In the same office, this Cristina told me they would cancel all visits because there was already a buyer. I thought, well, it hadn't been 48 hours yet, and I was still pending various formalities with the town hall and the registry, which Cristina had committed to saying that once it was confirmed there were no issues at the town hall or registry, the purchase would go ahead. However, within those 48 hours, and without having completed those formalities, I received a call saying I had to come immediately to sign the purchase because someone else had seen the house after me, which was absurd since it was reserved for me, and they were pending those procedures. So, even within 25 minutes from the call to my arrival at the office to sign, seeing their rush for the property purchase, to my surprise, Cristina and the seller, who had shown the property in a despotic manner, said they were no longer selling me the property, that they were going to sell it to that other person. In summary, all this nonsense I’ve put here showed me the speculation they were trying to pull off with the property and the shady deal they were attempting with the owner. They are schemers and scoundrels, and I’ll keep other types of qualifiers to myself. I hope this review serves to make anyone thinking of contacting them reconsider twice.

Negative experience: Una estrella porque sino no me deja escribir, no buscan buenos perfiles de inquilinos, como propietarios, que nos han cobrado un mes por alquilar, solo les pidieron un mes de fianza, no cambiaron las cuentas de suministros, el contrato era de un corta y pega de Internet, resultado inquilinos que no han pagado, cortes de suministro, casa totalmente destrozada y vernos las caras en el juzgado. Pésimo

Negative experience: Fatal, mal servicio, iNada Recomendables, para no repetir jamás. Solo les interesa inmuebles fáciles de alquilar o vender y en cuanto cobran no te proporcionan ningún servicio a parte q las comisiones son las más altas de Leon y solo trabajan en exclusividad y no cualquier inmueble te admiten,van a lo fácil y dinero rápido, te lo tasan muy bajo y eso supone gran perjuicio para vendedor, son muy selectivos y solo les interesa el dinero, no se hacen cargo de nada. Otras inmobiliarias q trabajo con varias nada que ver siempre dispuestas a colaborar con tema de fianzas, entrega de llaves, gestionar documentación

Negative experience: Fuimos a ver viviendas. Nos enseñaron lo mismo que en otras inmobiliarias, pero todo más caro. No sabían donde estaban las viviendas, se inventaban las cosas, dado que nos hablaban de casas que ya habíamos visto. Les dimos la oportunidad de que nos llamasen si encontraban algo que se ajustase con nuestros intereses. Estamos esperando a ver que encuentran. Han pasado ya 7 años...

Negative experience: Quería ver un piso; me dieron mal la dirección, quedaron en que me volvían a llamar para verlo otro día y aún sigo esperando. Lamentable.
