Siento comunicarle que es responsabilidad del arrendatario, abandonar la vivienda en buenas condiciones. La vivienda tiene electrodomésticos rotos, desperfectos por el mal uso y poca higiene.
Ante tales circunstancias la inmobiliaria, es la primera vez en siete años que nos encontramos la vivienda en este estado de deterioro, lo trabajamos de manera exclusiva, por lo que somos conscientes del daño causado.
