Negative experience: They ask for your contact information but never reach out to you again. I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: The agent I interacted with, Rafa, flaunted his arrogance and rudeness from minute 1 of an interaction (common for anyone working in real estate), which I maintained in a cordial and polite manner. It is difficult, and in my 15 years of experience in the sector, I have never seen anyone in such a short conversation display such a blatant rude character and be so unfit for the occupation they are engaged in. I work for the regional public administration and will never recommend doing business with this real estate agency to my colleagues in my field.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of shameless people. I went to them a year ago to rent the house where my parents lived. The day before the contract signing, they asked me if the tenant could enter, who they claimed was recommended by the company's manager. They made me a very precarious contract and didn't give me any information about the type of non-payment insurance. In August, the tenant stopped paying for electricity, and in October, they stopped paying the rent. It took me an entire year to evict them through an eviction order with a lawyer that we had to hire. The day I received the keys, I found out that the tenant is not the one listed in the contract; it turns out they are undocumented. The real estate agency, aware of this, had made arrangements with a relative - I won't say the name, but it's the one listed in the lease prepared by the agency - to put them in my parents' apartment without consulting me. It turns out they have sublet the apartment, which is illegal. Be very careful with this real estate agency and their practices. Of course, I will file a complaint because this will not end like this.
