Fantastic experience: Tuve una excelente experiencia con la inmobiliaria. Desde el primer contacto fueron muy amables y profesionales. Me ayudaron a encontrar un piso en alquiler que se ajustaba perfectamente a lo que buscaba, y el proceso fue rápido y sin complicaciones. Lo que más destaco es la transparencia con la que manejaron todo. Se notaba que conocían bien el mercado y resolvieron todas mis dudas. Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Antonio nos ha enseñado una vivienda ( si a eso se le puede llamar enseñar una vivienda claro). Sólo ha levantado las persianas de mala manera y sin apenas darnos una explicación de las partes de la distribución de ella. Le hemos hecho una oferta, y sin más nada nos dice que Ni de COÑA, ( vocabulario que deja que mucho que desear de un asesor inmobiliario). Además se ha inventado en servihabitad que es donde pertenece pa vivienda que No estamos interesados en ella, cuando nosotros sólo hemos hecho una oferta de la misma. Este asesor de esta inmobiliaria deja mucho que desear. Trato y puntualidad cero.

Negative experience: Trato decepcionate por parte de Antonio, hice una oferta por la vivienda y he llamado a servihabitat, me comunican que Antonio ha comunicado que no estaba interesado en la vivienda, totalmente mentira, al escuchar la oferta se ha dado la vuelta y ha empezado a cerrar la casa y ni si quiera se ha despedido, un mal profesional, no ha explicado nada. Decepcionante

Negative experience: Unos timadores. Increíble como se quedan el dinero sin devolver nada ni hacer nada.

Negative experience: Horrible. Nos dicen que somos los únicos que hemos visto el piso y que no hay problema. Te piden documentación para tramitar el alta del alquiler y a la semana (con el servicio de mudanza contratado) te dicen que no se hace por mala gestión del comercial. Resulta que se lo dan a otros. Además de eso una gran falta de comunicación, nunca contactaron para comentarme en qué situación estaba el trámite. Estuve constantemente detrás, incluso cuando les mandé la documentación tuve que volver a contactar para asegurarme de que lo tenían. Una experiencia nefasta.

Negative experience: Unos estafadores, se han quedado el dinero sin hacer nada y ni siquiera nos dan recibo o factura para poder reclamar

Negative experience: Incredible, they lie to you and steal from you right in front of your face... we have to go to court.... they force you to pay them in cash and then they don’t give you even a receipt or invoice or anything to claim. I don't know how they want to charge the tenant and the owner illegally. I hope time will put each one in their place.

Negative experience: This real estate agency is lies upon lies, they try to give good service but their continued lies expose them. We went to see an apartment that was available, supposedly just waiting to be painted. A month later, they say the painters have finished and it will be ready in a week because they are cleaning. All this information was given to my wife, and 15 days later they call me to say that they will reduce the rent by a month if I paint it myself (as if my wife and I hadn't spoken), claiming that the owners proposed it. The day of the signing, it turns out that the owners are them, even though they had been talking about the owners as if they were separate from them for weeks. The apartment was a disaster: dirty, personal belongings of theirs everywhere, and significant neglect and damage. Damaged furniture, a moth-eaten refrigerator, a boiler over 20 years old leaking water and broken, broken glass, etc. They fulfilled 70% of their promises and sent unqualified personnel to fix the boiler, which further damaged it. I had to hire a plumber and pay for it, a cost that was never reimbursed. A terrible experience, not recommended. I add that they are scammers, mediocre, believe they are above the law, and do not deposit the deposit with the competent official agency. They are legally obligated to do so, and when asked for the file number, they not only refuse to give it but also block you on WhatsApp, thinking this means they are above the law. Beware of this family of mediocre scammers who are not transparent in any legal process. Aside from being negligent regarding cleanliness, they don’t know what 'mistol' or 'Don Limpio' is, cleanliness is absent and I venture to say they don't even know what shower gel is. As my grandmother used to say, 'silence means consent.' Here’s the evidence of what kind of company they are.

They told us for a month that we would be the first to see it, but that they did not have the keys yet, and that when they arrived, they would call us. Well, after a month, I called Servihabitat again because it was strange that the keys still hadn't arrived, and the unpleasant surprise came when they told me that the sale had been made that same day by the real estate agency Vf, the same one that had been telling me for a month that I was the first to see it and that they still hadn't received the keys. I contacted them, and they told me that this could not be, and after a while, they acknowledged that I was right, but that another salesperson from the agency had sold it. Terrible management and total incompetence.

Fantastic experience: Rapidez y profesionalidad ,un gusto tratar con gente así.

Negative experience: Cero profesionalidad,0 respeto por el cliente,dejadez total. Pierden el teléfono del cliente. Vuelve a llamar el cliente, vuelven a apuntar el teléfono del cliente,para supuestamente llamarlo cuando se queda con el, cosa que no hacen ni tiempo ni en forma,cuando vuelve a llamar el cliente,sorpresa,la venta está hecha a otro cliente que llegó más tarde. El cliente pide explicaciones,ellos solo dan la de que funcionan así,en definitiva,trato que deja mucho que desear.

Negative experience: La Sra Vanesa la persona encargada de "enseñar" la cochera se presenta SIN LAS LLAVES...y dice tan fresca que no las tiene. Y se pone a llamar a todo el bloque para que le abran...IMPRESENTABLE!!!!
