Negative experience: The treatment received from the real estate agency has been terrible. I called for a week to see an apartment, and they didn't pick up the phone. I turned to WhatsApp, and they left me on read. When I finally managed to speak to them and arrange a visit to the apartment, I sent a WhatsApp since they still wouldn't pick up the phone to ask some questions about the apartment we were interested in. To this day, I still have no response, and not only that, the apartment has already been rented. The treatment to the staff has been non-existent from my experience, being a customer-facing position.

Negative experience: They were friendly and attentive when we first went to rent an apartment with them, but as soon as they have your money all care and customer service disappears. We had a lot of problems with our landlady and when we went to try to solve with the estate agents they didn't care or take our opinion on board they defended the landlady (because she will rent the apartment with them again) our apartment was damp, things were broken before we arrived and were never rectified and then when we left they tried to blame us. Now they will rent the apartment to another unsuspecting victim, because the problem hasn't been solved. And I don't have doubt they will do this other people too. I recommend finding another estate agent.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment with them. When I was canceling the contract, I had problems with the owner, many issues but the main one was the amount of humidity and mold in the house, which she insisted was my fault. But she contradicts herself by saying that she will have to waterproof the outside walls. She has blocked me from contacts, leaving the real estate agency as the only link to receive my deposit. When I exposed everything, they always protected the landlord (for them, the real client is her, as if we didn’t have to pay anything to them to rent the apartment). Every time I tried to go there and show with facts and evidence, they ignored me. After you leave the money, they don’t want to deal with a problem between the landlord and the tenant. They told me I was seeking my rights in court. That’s not how to handle a problem for which we have paid; they are there for that. If they can find another real estate agency, even better!

Negative experience: Fatal, a false smile wishing I would leave the place.. despite giving all my details and even being asked about my grandparents, I am still waiting for a response. I have been an employee for 13 years with the same permanent contract and even so they didn't help me, but I understand, I am a foreigner but I have been here for 20 years and I have never been in a bad situation...

Positive experience: Very good treatment. They managed a rental for us and so far there have been no problems. Very good communication and availability.

Negative experience: Fuimos para dejar nuestros datos y requisitos ya que estábamos buscando piso para compra. De eso hace ya unos 5 meses. Nadie nos llamó nunca y además les llegó la hora de cerrar y literalmente la chica puso el bolso encima de la mesa para despacharnos Se ve que les sobra el trabajo y les falta el interés ‍♂️

Negative experience: Entro a preguntar por un piso en la playa, me comentan que la persona que lleva los pisos en la playa no esta que le deje el telf que me llamaran mañana por la mañana, aún estoy esperando. Muy pocas ganas de trabajar veo yo la verdad.

Positive experience: Muy buen trato al público. Les pedimos que nos enviaran pisos de alquiler y nos los enviaron al correo. Aunque no tienen mucha cantidad de pisos de alquiler para estudiantes.
