Luis, a polite, patient gentleman and a professional with a lot of experience, attended us almost always, and he sold the apartment in less than two months, although in reality, the apartment was sold about 5 times, unfortunately the banks did not help the interested parties. Negative experience: We recently had a very bad experience with this real estate agency. We had agreed on an apartment at a certain price (confirmed through calls and WhatsApp with Luis) and we were ready to sign the purchase agreement on a Friday after a second visit. On that day, Friday morning, we requested the appraisal from the bank for the mortgage approval. In the afternoon, upon arrival for the visit, we were informed that another buyer appeared that same morning offering the price listed in the advertisement, not honoring the agreement we had. They also did not inform us about the new buyer when we told them we were going to request the appraisal, which has a cost for us... Another thing I would like to note is that they lied to us about several matters regarding the sale, etc. (easily verifiable if you kept asking and were a bit observant) What is clear is that their word has no value at all, so neither we nor our acquaintances will deal with them again. I am editing this after the response from the real estate agency: It is FALSE that I was given a few days to think after being informed about the other buyer; you wanted the decision the next morning. This is not about decisions but about keeping your word... Best regards.
