Javier has always been available for any questions during the sale of our apartment, and we have been informed at all times of any visits or news regarding the sale. As it is a small agency, it involves a more personal, more familiar treatment, which is appreciated in an important operation like selling an apartment, so you are not just another customer in a franchise. Negative experience: I had a viewing at 10 in the morning to see an apartment. Not only did they not show up or answer my calls, but I never received any explanation or interest regarding what happened. Zero professionalism.

Negative experience: We had an appointment with one of the agents to see an apartment and they did not show up, wasting my time. It seems very unprofessional on their part. Without notifying me in advance or answering the numerous calls to both the real estate agency and their personal phone number.

The service we had for the sale of our apartment was excellent, they advised us on the selling price and I was surprised that it was higher than we expected and they were right, any questions or doubts were resolved, we received attention, so to speak, 24 hours. They accompanied us on the signing day and thanks to them, errors in the deeds that I wouldn't have noticed were corrected. Thank you very much.

A diplomatic and good negotiator who looked after both sides well, I would happily recommend Mario and the Inmoratalaz team to anyone with a property to sell. **** Tenia una finca (casa moderna en terreno rústico) para vender en la provincia de Madrid.
