Fantastic experience: This real estate agency is a 10 out of 10 as an entity. Don Carlos, the professional who assisted me in 99% of the sales process, is more than qualified for this profession. Thanks to Don Carlos (a friend to me), the sale was made, which was complicated due to the inheritance process and a lot of paperwork left undone (inheritance declaration, ID of the deceased that is not available, a deceased heir whose inheritance was unresolved... and many more procedures). In short, Don Carlos is a star, and his colleagues, another Carlos, Frans, and the rest of the staff, are equally impressive, showing efficiency everywhere. To recommend Don Carlos is an understatement; he is a 20 out of 10 professional, and the rest can be easily imagined by the readers of this review. Fantastic experience: Increíble experiencia de venta de nuestro inmueble con el equipo de Tecnocasa. Se trataba de una operación de venta de un inmueble, muy delicada, ya que era el piso en el que había vivido toda la vida mi madre y había una carga de sentimientos emocionales muy alta. No tengo palabras para describir, la profesionalidad y la sensibilidad con las que Cristina Gallego, responsable de la operación, ha llevado todo el expediente. Desde el minuto uno, nos hizo sentir tranquilos y con absoluta confianza. No solo nos informó puntualmente, de todos los avances de las operaciones de marketing del inmueble (visitas a los distintos medios, métricas, sensaciones de los potenciales clientes, etc.), sino que además, coordinó los horarios de vistas de una forma sobresaliente y respetando la intimidad de mi madre, que aún vivía en el inmueble. Cuando mi madre realizó la mudanza, dejamos las llaves en custodia de Cristina Gallego (responsable de Tecnocasa), para que siguiera coordinando con la parte compradora distintas visitas a la vivienda para tomar medidas y demás detalles para el proyecto de reforma de la vivienda, cuidando de nuestra propiedad, cómo si fuera suya. Me gustaría también destacar, que además supo encontrar un perfil de cliente, afín a la sensibilidad que requería esta operación. Estamos encantados con que haya sido esta persona la que ha comprado el inmueble (no queríamos que lo comprará cualquier persona). Queríamos agradecer también el comportamiento y la actitud de Carlos, compañero de Cristina Gallego, que en determinadas fases de la operación , colaboró con ella, mostrando una profesionalidad y un saber estar a la altura de las circunstancias. Formaron un equipo increíble, desde el momento de la captación del inmueble, hasta el día de la firma, acompañándonos en todo momento y ofreciéndonos todas las explicaciones necesarias en las distintas etapas de la operación. Por último quisiera hacer una recomendación. Si eres un particular que quieres vender o comprar un inmueble en la zona de esta oficina, busca a estos profesionales para que gestionen tu operación de compra venta de tu inmueble. No te arrepentirás. Y si eres un profesional del sector y tienes la oportunidad de tener en tu equipo a estas personas y no lo haces, estarás cometiendo un grandísimo error para tu negocio.

Negative experience: RESPUESTA A VUESTRA RESPUESTA: Queréis poner en manifiesto la falsedad de la serie acusaciones? Me gustaría poner en manifiesto la falsedad de vuestro equipo entonces. Que tengáis la cara dura de decir que no recogéis nada información de sitios que no se pueden me parece de sin vergüenzas. Tal vez debáis hablarle a vuestros abogados de las prácticas ilegales de recogida de datos que hacéis. EVIDENTEMENTE no vais a aceptar ni a decir que es cierto por que no os conviene pero ya se empezará a dar cuenta la gente. Ahora si queréis me seguís contestando intentando haceros los legales, que tengo aún muchas más cosas para contestaros. Si me molesta o no que me entreguen revistas tampoco es él tema, ya que para acceder a los edificios mucha suerte veces ni llamáis, abrís el portal y entráis a dejarlas. Otra práctica ILEGAL, ya que deben permitiros la entrada, y como digo, muchas veces ni llamáis. A parte de estafarte, molestarte y tener un ego astronómico, se dedican a recoger información de los vecinos del barrio. Si no os lo creeis podéis ir y preguntarles cómo sacan los teléfonos de los propietarios que no consiguen localizar. También a se pasan la ley de protección de datos por la bragueta, ya que he visto en mas de una ocasión apuntandose los nombres que aparecen en los buzones, lo cual es un audio practica ilegal y denunciable. También es muy típico que te digan que ahora es muy buena buen momento para vender o comprar. Una vergüenza, no les dejaría ni mi piso ni loco. Si tenéis dudas id a preguntarles a ver qué excusas ponen. Ojalá la gente deje de confiar en lobos con piel de codero.

Entendemos por la dureza de las acusaciones que o bien trabaja para la competencia o bien debe tratarse de una confusión, ya que no nos consta que haya sido cliente nuestro. Sin entrar en los pormenores y detalles de nuestra operativa y forma de trabajar, queremos indicarle que nosotros entregamos mensualmente y de modo gratuito nuestra revista inmobiliaria a los vecinos en mano y si no se encuentran en el domicilio en ese momento se la depositamos en el buzón. Si para usted esto supone una molestia le ruego que nos lo indique y no se la entregaremos. Añadir también que nuestra empresa cuenta con un bufete de abogados que nos informa y asesora en materia de protección de datos. Para cualquier duda, consulta o sugerencia que nos quiera realizar puede acercarse a nuestra oficina y estaremos encantados de atenderle.

Si tenéis pensado comprar un piso por la zona acudid a ellos, se nota que tienen años de experiencia en el sector y sabrán aconsejarte de la mejor manera posible.
