Negative experience: Hello, today I went to deliver some documents. The girl who was there at 11 a.m. took them and said she would scan and send them, along with another document from the bank that they requested. She did this, and after we left, two hours later I received a call from Alquiler Seguro saying that the scanned documents were only done on one side, and the bank document was not sent. I urge the management of this company to staff it with trained personnel because I had to redo the documents myself due to this person's mistakes. Additionally, any question I asked had to be consulted by phone with other colleagues. In short, it was a disaster in terms of service and attention, further impacting me in terms of time and money. I do not recommend this office to anyone as I was treated poorly.

Negative experience: They are scammers. They want to charge me €990 in fees for renting an apartment, which is prohibited by law. And they want to make me a one-year renewable contract when it should be five years. What a disgrace! They are blatantly disregarding the Housing Law!

Negative experience: On October 31st, I vacated the apartment at Calle Arroyo Belincoso, 28030 Madrid. On October 28th, I sent them the last utility bills for them to change the account holder; Today, November 18th, I realize that they haven't changed the account holder for the utilities. What happened with this? This is your fault, given that you already charge enough money for such a poor quality service.

Positive experience: Good attention to the tenants from Miguel, in the commercial area, and from the people in Formalization who assisted us, although they need to improve coordination between departments and, especially, the commercial office in Moratalaz. On the other hand, I do not like the app for tracking rental incidents at all; communication is not agile.

Negative experience: I understand that for the owners the experience will be better, but for the tenants it is quite invasive, they are not very helpful, rather they have a cold attitude as if we were just numbers, when we are actually paying for the service, since the 'agency fee' is still taken... anyway, I haven't felt very comfortable dealing with them.

My special thanks to Daniela Sánchez, Tanya Herrera, and my personal advisor Noelia Ortiz who helped me and answered all my questions about the rental contract, as well as to the sales agents Miguel and Javier Abad, with whom I signed the contract with Alquiler Seguro and who also helped me at all times. Negative experience: This review is to rate rental insurance in general. It is nothing personal against this branch. They refuse to inform me about their way of working because I have tenants who are leaving in 15 days. I don't understand, the company is the one that benefits the most. This has not happened to me with ANY other. I am amazed.

Negative experience: No estoy satisfecha, el piso nos gustó mucho, pero la comercial no nos informó sobre la obligación de contratar un seguro de responsabilidad civil. El agente que llevo la firma Álvaro Wöner nos metió prisa desde el principio para firmar, solo porque nos tomamos 1 día para buscar algún seguro más económico. La comercial nos comentó que podíamos entrar cuando quisiéramos, incluso en Marzo y el señor Álvaro nos mandaba correos para firmar Ya! Amenazando con que se podía caer la óperacion. Como se puede ver en las capturas nos hizo firmar un día 7 cuándo la fecha clara de contrato pone día 9. Simplemente da la sensación que el que importa es el propietario, en el contrato parece que firmas una sentencia como se te ocurra casi respirar. Una pena que se ceben con los inquilinos que encima son los que pagan. Gracias

Se olvidan de uno una vez terminado el alquiler

Negative experience: He usado esta empresa porque en Madrid es muy difícil alquilar sin la intervención de una agencia pero si tienen que hacerlo revisen muy bien los documentos antes de firmar. Le dicen una cosa y le " cuelan" otra y le acosan para firmar la operación cuanto antes. Así no tienen tiempo de revisar. Mi experiencia como inquilina ha sido nefasta.
