Negative experience: They ILLEGALLY charge administration fees claiming that they are expenses for legal advice in case I have any questions about the contract.

Negative experience: They are quite unprofessional. They lose contracts, ignore problems, do not respond to a single email, you go and the responsible person is not there, and when you want to terminate the contract with them, they do not want to take responsibility. It's better to leave your house in the hands of others.

Negative experience: Not recommended. We had rented a property from them, they would occasionally send you their invoice, but any issues with the tenant or the property we had to resolve ourselves. And when we sold the property (with another real estate agency) they did not want to sign the termination of the contract with them... very bad experience.

I had a property rented through them, and when I wanted to sell it, due to a complicated situation, they didn’t want to take charge, forcing me to assign the work to another real estate agency (which was 100% effective) despite continuing to be contracted for rental management. Now that it’s sold, they are making excuses to terminate the contract with them, refusing to provide us with any written response. I do not recommend them at all.
