2 years ago Negative experience: Very inflexible in the apartment viewings, you either fit exclusively into their schedule or there’s nothing to do, as if they were civil servants. Under these circumstances, it has been impossible for me to see an apartment that I was really interested in, and I am certainly not going to lose a day of my work for a 10-minute visit... That's why I do not recommend them at all for sales.

We do have FLEXIBILITY and within a tight team, we try to adapt to provide the best service to our clients. We are dedicated to marketing real estate assets, which is a characteristic we must have. However, one thing is flexibility, which is to adapt commercially and for the client to set a date and time that works for both parties, and another is to call on a Friday and tell us you want the visit at 4 PM on Monday and think that we must be available for your visit, and if not, demand the owner's phone number because it has to be on that day and at the time you want. And as we do not do what you ask, it becomes tense to the point of leaving a negative review. Therefore, I reiterate flexibility, yes.
