Negative experience: Horrible, they ignore everything, they don't want to sell, they don't agree on an appointment to see the property, 3 requests and a week and a half, and without seeing the apartment, one of the worst experiences I've had, and after reading the reviews I understand everything, they make up excuses not to meet and show the apartment, honestly terrible.

Negative experience: Míriam is a person with whom you cannot resolve anything if you have a problem; as long as everything is going well, they do the job, but the moment something gets complicated, they just take the payment and are not interested in the situation, as they have already been paid.

As soon as there is a problem on their part with the rental of your property and the tenant, they wash their hands of it and don’t try to solve anything. They tell you that they have done their job and just want to keep your money, on top of being rude, arrogant, and condescending.

Negative experience: Miriam is not professional at all, she ignores everything. You talk to her and she doesn't respond, you call her and she doesn't either. When she wants to respond, it's always in a bad way and she never helps you, even if it's their problem or a bad condition of the housing.

Negative experience: Terrible treatment and terrible concern from Miriam. Hesitant tone at all times when you call about problems, and she doesn’t pay attention to WhatsApp messages and emails. We moved out a month and a half ago and bills keep arriving; we wrote to them to change the account holder and account, and they don't pay any attention.
