Negative experience: The help and attention is completely non-existent. I explained the situation we had and he didn't even pay attention. The agent who assisted us is called Daniel.

Negative experience: I rate it one star because I can't rate it lower. We wrote because we were interested in buying a property, and they completely ignored us. After reaching out through different channels and calling many times without any success, we finally managed to contact the agent Saray on Monday, the 26th in the afternoon, who was in charge of managing the property… She showed no interest in helping us. There were only excuses and disinterest from the very beginning, without even letting us explain our situation or anything. She didn't even give us the option to visit the property, and as she had a viewing at that moment while we were talking on the phone, she abruptly cut us off, with the same indifference she had shown from the start, and we ended the conversation. If the agency can listen to that conversation, they will see that we were pleasant and polite with her at all times, so we absolutely did not deserve such a rude and abrupt treatment. Very unprofessional and nothing like other agencies we have dealt with on the island. They lose out. We would never buy our house with them under any circumstances. Disappointing and not recommended.

Negative experience: I'm going to see an apartment on Thursday, I make a FIRM offer with a deposit and they don't pass the offer to the seller until Monday. The same Monday, they make me a counteroffer that I accept. On Tuesday, they tell me that they have already sold the apartment to someone else when they had my deposit since Friday. The agent is a true shameless person, besides having a bitter face and smelling like vinegar.

Negative experience: Their salesperson BEGOÑA was very rude. We requested information, and she replied to our emails in a very condescending manner, calling us indecisive when we had never viewed any property with her or in that area. I then called because after telling her that I believed she was mistaken about the clients, she used profanity and said that we were not her clients but rather the ones with whom she had a signed contract, meaning the sellers. In the end, I am from the industry, and I assure you that people like this tarnish this wonderful profession. I also worked at this company many years ago; it's a pity that they are not required to have a minimum level of decorum and good manners.

Negative experience: Terrible. Little seriousness and terrible service.
