Negative experience: La gestión y el trato de la agente inmobiliaria que nos atendió fue inmejorable, de 10, pero el servicio posterior de la agencia ha sido nulo...nos pusieron en contacto con una compradora que no cumplió del todo con lo pactado en el contrato de compraventa, y se "lavaron las manos" explicándonos que eso era un acuerdo personal ante notario y que no nos ayudaban a solucionarlo. (Por supuesto, ya habían cobrado su comisión). NO VOLVERÍA A CONTRATAR SUS SERVICIOS.

Negative experience: No se si los demás agentes son iguales, espero que no. Pero en mi caso Fernando deja muchísimo que desear. Después de insistir en un piso me contesta bastante seco. Mediante la web de Idealista (donde he contactado con ellos) hablo con el y dijimos de quedar a una hora en concreto, pues bien, no solo no apareció a la hora acordada si no que nunca apareció. Le escribo y nunca contesta, le llamo y nunca contesta, un desastre, he perdido tiempo y dinero para nada. Me ha parecido una falta de respeto totalmente.
