Negative experience: The worst of the worst. They don't even deserve me to waste my time, but I am overwhelmed with frustration. Zero professionals, zero people. Not recommended at all. If there is a possibility of any other agency, they will at least show some professionalism, which is completely absent here.

Negative experience: I give them one star because I can't leave none. I recommend that if you see this real estate agency, look for another property where they are not involved; let me share my experience. On a day like today, I call to see the property, and they tell me that other people are going to see it too. I go there first, tell them that I want the house no matter what, and they say they have to choose a profile. The next day, they send me an email saying that the house has been rented. I leave a review because it seems like a joke to me; in the afternoon, they call and ask why I left the review, saying that they didn’t say anything to me, that it’s a general reply email and a bit brusque. I explain to them that if I received that email, what do they expect me to understand? Then they tell me that the owners are choosing the best profile and that they will let me know the next day... The best profile? Is it a job interview or a rental? Because it seems they are doing an interview to see who they will gift the house to and who has more experience. The next day, they send a WhatsApp saying that another profile has been chosen for the house. In other words, you want to rent a house, and you have to wait 3 days for them to tell you no, that they have another profile... renting a property with them is their decision, and let’s see if you are lucky enough to deserve a roof. Shameful this real estate agency and their treatment and way of working. Now I understand why they only have negative reviews; I should have read their reviews before wanting one of their houses.

Negative experience: Hello, good evening to you because these people don’t even deserve a good greeting. Beware of this real estate agency; they are scammers. My experience, which is not mine but happened to my mother and grandmother, is that they scheduled to see an apartment today and they were given the runaround. First, they erased the WhatsApp conversation they had yesterday to set the appointment and the address of the apartment. Second, they told them that the owner was not there and that they had to wait because she made a mistake with the supposed time. Third, my mother went with my grandmother to have something to drink while they waited for the supposed owner. Then the hours passed and they were informed that the owner finally arrived. They had to wait for the supposed Candelaria, who was the real estate agent that supposedly told them the visit was with Romina. To avoid going in circles, they saw the apartment, which was very nice just like in the photos, but at the end they told them that they had to present, via WhatsApp, documentation of theirs plus a certificate of my grandmother's pension. My mother said 'doesn't a bank statement work?' and they said no, it had to be that document for them to study it. Where have you seen that? I want to tell you to be very careful with this real estate agency because they are the worst, in addition to the bad treatment and lack of professionalism. Regards and good night.

Negative experience: One of the worst real estate agencies I have dealt with, all they sell is smoke. The apartment was shown to me by Livia, who at first seemed professional. She told us that if we were interested in the property, we should send an email mentioning our banking possibilities so they could grant us the mortgage. We asked her if a deposit was necessary, and Livia replied that they were not very fond of taking deposits, claiming that their agency was the champion of no deposits. She argued against this practice by stating that it was unnecessary, showing distrust towards the buyer, and that just a reservation was more than enough, etc. She also mentioned that by the latest on Monday or Tuesday, they would have chosen a buyer and would contact those who had sent the email. After these days passed and I saw that no one had contacted us, I wrote to Livia on WhatsApp, and she gave me the number of Alberto, a colleague of hers who handles this part. I wrote to Alberto, who told me he could call me, and over the phone, he said that they hadn’t even looked at the emails because a girl had come to the agency, made a deposit, and they had reserved the apartment for her. After this, I wrote to Livia, who replied that this was not her number and that she would let them know about my dissatisfaction and would contact me. That's a lie; a week has passed since all of this. In summary, I am quite indignant about the way they sell smoke in the way they do their work, the lack of professionalism, and the lack of responsibility towards clients, as they waste your time and ask for personal information which, as it seems, they don't even take the time to read. I hope no one else gets deceived like we did.

Negative experience: INCOMPETENT AND COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!! I visited an apartment to buy it, I liked it, I wanted to sign the reservation contract, and among the candidates for the property, they offered it to me. Everything was fine, so I asked if I could make a second visit 'since I'm not buying a bicycle' and with the intention of resolving doubts about the property with the owners, but I already informed them that I would proceed with the house. They sent me a simple note and other documents, but to organize this second visit, they started to give me the runaround; they only operate through WhatsApp, responding poorly in writing and even less to calls. The only call I received after days of delays was to inform me that THE HOUSE IS ALREADY RESERVED BY ANOTHER PERSON, it was a misunderstanding because my colleagues and I didn’t coordinate. Do these people think we are stupid or what? They shouldn't sell even a chewing gum, and I certainly won't deposit a single penny on a property advertised by this crowd.... I was already annoyed and came here to read the reviews, and the many people who were poorly attended were not wrong, so here’s one more.

Negative experience: On two occasions they promised to show us the property. On the first occasion, they made my partner wait, they didn’t show up, and then they made the excuse that another colleague had taken the property key and was already showing another property in Tafira. And on the second occasion, I contacted the real estate agency, they promised to call me (a call I never received) to set a time, and since I didn't receive a call, I decided to call them; they didn't answer the phone, I sent a message, and they told me that the property was already reserved. Seriousness 0, and on top of that, they make promises and do not fulfill them.

Negative experience: I find it a completely incompetent team, terrible, awful, and dreadful experience with these 'salespeople' if you can even call them that, because in the first place, they have not been professional or even punctual, not to mention that they do not show up even on the day they scheduled the visit, then delaying things and also explicitly asking for documentation before a visit in an illegal manner without a prior signed agreement or any data protection measures. I recommend not to rely on this type of real estate agency so you don't waste your time or patience. Thank you.

Negative experience: I asked them if I could see an apartment they have for rent, they said yes but to contact them again. I called later as they advised over the phone and no one answered or returned the calls (I made several calls). I wrote to them by email, and they told me to call by phone or on WhatsApp. I sent a WhatsApp and they never responded. No comments, little professionalism, in line with the rest of the reviews.

Negative experience: I haven't even been given the chance to deal with them, but I've already been left with a bad impression. They schedule an appointment to see a property, I arrive at the time they told me, and they don't show up or answer the phone. Very little or no seriousness. Now I understand the reviews. I stopped going to class for this and they left me hanging. If you want, I can attach screenshots from WhatsApp, as it seems you do on some occasions...

Fantastic experience: As an owner, I see the number of negative reviews that rental companies receive due to the high demands we are placing on them. They are not the owners of the properties; they do their job based on what we want, not what they would prefer. In my specific case, they rented me an apartment just as I wanted, taking care to filter potential tenants, only making the decision of whom to rent it to. Therefore, I continue to trust this company, but what is good for me is bad for all those people who do not meet the required criteria, requirements that I repeat, they do not impose, but rather we do, the property owners.

Negative experience: I leave one star but I would leave none, with salaries of almost 3,000 they said I don't even have the profile they are looking for, when the house I was looking for was 3 times less in value than that. When someone says they are dissatisfied, they become rude and badly educated, saying to take screenshots, I thought they were terrible professionals. If you are not prepared to work with the public, change professions.

They treated me very well, after explaining my needs, they quickly looked for several properties that matched them. I am very happy and grateful and I would not hesitate to hire their services again.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, I give it one star because I can't give less. My partner and I arrived there looking for a house to live in for about a year due to work and studies, since we are not from Gran Canaria. First, they showed us an apartment in La Isleta but we finally decided not to take it. When we declined, the girl from the real estate agency offered to show us another apartment in a good area and new. She gave us the phone numbers so we could talk with her colleague to see the apartment. We scheduled an appointment that same day, and the next day we went to see the apartment. We loved it, and based on what we had been seeing, it seemed like a good option for us, so that same afternoon we told the real estate agency that we were interested and that they should talk to the owner because we wanted to rent it. The girl said it was perfect, that she would reserve it for us, and that same afternoon we sent her all the documentation and everything necessary to start the paperwork as soon as possible. The next day, not receiving any news, we called the agency and they told us to be calm, that we would have news soon. Two or three days passed without any calls or anything, we decided to call and their response was that she would send the documentation later than what we sent, and since the weekend was coming, they wouldn’t tell us anything until Monday. We waited five days to see if they would contact us without looking for a house because according to how they had painted the situation, this one was already ours. Monday came and indeed they did not call us, we, desperate, contacted them again and they kept giving us the runaround. On Tuesday, after a lot of insistence on our part, they sent us a WhatsApp saying that the owner has decided not to rent us the house, that they are very sorry. Not a call, not an explanation, nothing. We were already angry about the deceit, we went to the real estate agency because they constantly gave us the runaround over the phone. We arrived there, supposedly the girl was talking to the owner of the house to try to convince him to rent us the house, I imagine this call never happened since it was never made in front of us. Finally, tired of insisting, they told us that we do not fit the profile that the owner is looking for but that they would still send him more information about us and they would call us in the afternoon. We told her to please call us for real this time, not like the other times when she said that and we had to contact them ourselves. Indeed, that call never happened and we never received more information from them. In short, a waste of time and lack of professionalism. We do not recommend either owners or people looking for a house to contact this real estate agency.

I mentioned that due to studies and work, I couldn't make it to the scheduled times to see a flat in the Telde Jinamar area, and I contacted them 2 hours after seeing the ad. Almost a week later, they wrote to me and said that the visits were already closed because they had enough candidates. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
