She made the cross country move a little easier knowing we had a place that checked off most of our boxes. She also made the paperwork and qualifying simple. She also didn’t just drop us after she got the lease. She followed through and got things done on our behalf. All with a pleasant disposition and joy to see a new client land in their new home. Experiencia negativa: Not a good experience at all. Went to see an apartment had trouble filling out application and got no assistance from the broker my fiancee really liked the place so finally figured out how to get application submitted and a day later that same agent said our credit and income didn't qualify. We tried to rent an apartment that was 2000/mth our combined income is 7400/month with credit scores of 647, 650 and our daughter has 650 credit. So I'm confused on what didn't qualify. We dealt with them 3 years ago and they rented us an apartment with much less income and worse credit for 1800 so I am baffled never again

Experiencia negativa: Communication was not transparent and took a while getting answers from agent. I was assured I was the only tenant trying to get an apartment and then they gave it so someone else, after days of stress. I need to move last minute and needed a place to stay as she knew, and completely led me on. Made me do the background fee twice (!) because the address needed to be changed and no option of refunding or anything when I ask about it, she actually now tries to say i never qualified which I have proof in writing I did. Not only did I pay twice for the background fee, I didn’t get the apartment very last minute (again, I was told no one else is interested in it) and then she said “don’t worry we will find a place for you” - then disappeared for 3 days. All of this was done knowing I need a place to live and am looking asap, worse experience I ever had looking for an apartment.

We are new tenants under Danny DiRoberto and everyone involved has made the maintenance questions such smooth sailing. James was soo kind, respectful and listened to our concerns and fixed the same hour. Thank you for being amazing James!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for my maintenance guy Jay Lamonda! Anytime I put in for a service he goes above and beyond to fix it! He has fixed old light fixtures in a couple minutes to my bathroom cabinet being broken. And he fixed the brown water stains from my ceiling as it was peeling off. He has been coming to do maintenance for years now and always goes out of his way to help me out! He’s great with my dog Roxy who isn’t that friendly and is super respectful of my home! Always get great services when Jay comes to help!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an "emergency" this morning. I dropped something down the drain in my bathroom. Greg came over and was so polite, very nice person. Cleared out my drain offered to wipe up the water that drained under the sink he then asked for paper towels so he could line the cabinet again. You don't usually get that extra service. Also, while I'm at it we had James come over yesterday for a plumbing issue and my son said he was very good as well. Good service all around. Thanks to both of them.

There was trash littered across the property while they were “trying” to get it rented. Eddie took care of an issue with insurance that I was grateful for.

At 153 cliff st in Southbridge, he recently replaced a leaking kitchen faucet, and the front top step needed repair, there was a large hole on the face,it was a serious trip Hazzard, I submitted the maintenance request online, and it was fixed quickly. The guy who. Comes to do the repairs is very knowledgeable about repairing properties. He's definitely the man for this position.

I was interested in renting a retail space in Worcester that clearing has their sign on the property . Finally, after I reached a different number prompt, a woman said she could not help me with my questions , but assured me that someone would reach out to me as soon as possible. Ha…. That never happened either. I can only imagine if you needed a repair , or an actual person to get in touch with. Needless to say, I will NEVER conduct business with this company.
