I texted Michelle back in May of 2025 doing some ground work once I could actively plan a trip from Florida to Massachusetts it would be time to send Michelle a message and explained how I needed truth from a Realty Company and the person that would give so much of herself to make the process as painless as possible but make me feel alive. That person Michelle chose is Renée Prunier and you have no idea how grateful we all are. Our children have been in a complicated apartment after having a baby and the home has mold. As a long time retired real estate lawyer and owner, years ago, of a number of rental properties, my wife and I have had many professional and personal dealings with real estate agents. Experiencia negativa: Purchased a brand new home via lamacchia realty and was assured that it cane with a one year warranty. No only did house fall apart within six months (HD special) but after 5 years wait to get to court there never was a warranty. Go figure. Also off by $600/m on my mortgage payment that was found and had to be made up during the 2nd year. Overall great experience and highly recommend….if you want to join me down here in…

Experiencia fantástica: From the start Amber Martin was a better choice as a real estate agent. She showed up with a folder full of comps to our first meeting, that led to a pricing strategy that was $35,000 higher than the closest agent. I would have written her off if she hadn't shown me the evidence that supported her plan, and I'm glad I didn't! We scheduled an open house but before that came around, Lamacchia's internal network of agents found a buyer who paid $25,000 over the asking price that all the other agents thought was too high!! We met via Zoom to get acquainted and then began working toward a sense of what we wanted in relationship to what is available in this totally different geographic area. While searching online in the weeks before we could visit in person, every house we were interested in went under contract within 24 to 48 hours.
