Experiencia negativa: BEWARE!!! Rude, unprofessional customer service. Lack of proper communication. They will charge you move- out fees and give you no opportunity to question it before sending it to collections. When confronted, they will just tell you your 30 days has passed, it must have gotten lost in the mail, and too bad for you. Then, they will talk to you like you’re a moron for assuming there would be no charges.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service!!!!! Very shady business practices, lack of communication, and unjustified fees. You have a walk-thru at move-in, but it’s not permitted upon move-out. This allows them to charge you fees for things that were on the checklist at time of lease, with no way to dispute upon move-out. Trying to talk with someone in the office about this is like talking with a sullen teenager. They will omit telling you there are move-out fees until after the 30 day dispute phase has passed and then make you think there is no discussion left about it. You MUST pay or it will impact your credit.

Experiencia negativa: RENTERS BEWARE!! I am not one to leave a bad review, but in this case, I must. There are just no words to describe how insensitive this company is with customers. I spoke with Leah today about move out charges that were never sent to my address after my son moved out of the rental that I assisted him with. He left it clean and had a $40 credit to his account. Because he felt unsafe there, we broke the lease and turned in the key. There were move out charges that we were not notified of, even when he called to inquire about return of the deposit. Leah said that we were given 30 days to dispute charges that we had no clue about. She says it was mailed to us when we clearly did not get a statement in the mail. However, they were quick to send it to collections, which then sent us a statement. She did not care whether or not we received anything from them and acted like I was an idiot for not assuming there would be charges. Being that my son left it cleaner than when he moved in, I guess I was naive enough to think we were in good standing. Now there is no way to dispute the charges because the 30 days is up and they’ve turned it over to collections. It makes me think this was the plan all along. Collections say they we should have done an exit walk through and the leasing office just told me that it doesn’t work that way and we turn in the key with no exit walk through. I just rang the bell having completed a brutal year long chemo. I kept up with my medical bills through all this time and have nothing outstanding. I am furious that I wasn’t given an opportunity with this company to stay in good standing. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM WITHOUT KNOWING YOU WILL HAVE HUGE CHARGES IN MOVE OUT FEES THAT YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISPUTE. It also seems like this company doesn’t care about who they hire or whether they have any customer service skills whatsoever.

Experiencia negativa: Renters beware! I’d give 0 stars if I could. You are charged with fees and are not given an exit walk around to explain fees that could occur. Then you are not notified about fees and they will put it on your credit with no warning. Customer service is horrible and the receptionist is very unprofessional. Avoid them at all cost. YOU HAVE BEEN FORWARNED!

Experiencia negativa: RENTERS BE WARNED! When you feel the need to be treated like an idiot, call them. They aim to please. They will talk down to you, infer that you can’t read, and tell you that it’s your responsibility to know how everything works. Keep in mind that they have different departments that don’t communicate with one another, so when you ask about your money and account pertaining to move-out, that will be their excuse for not giving you the proper information that you seek. Times up? Sucks to be you! You have 30 days to dispute charges, and now your 30 days are up.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible, just terrible. We lived in our house for going on 15 years. When kpdd acquired the responsibility of renting the house after our original landlord sold to new owners, the house just kept changing hands. They kept raising the rent every couple months, for "repairs" that were never started, until we quite literally couldn't afford to pay rent and were evicted. I HAD TO LEAVE WORK TO PICK UP MY NEWBORN DAUGHTER, ELDEST DAUGHTER, AND MY AUTISTIC BROTHER while my mother, stepfather, and some rather helpful family members tried to pick through the black garbage bags and obtain the necessary clothes/shoes/personals from where the remnants of our lives were disposed of like trash. They were barely allowed to grab my mother's cpap machine and my daughters nebulizer. Treated like criminals, honestly. And, to top it off, all promised repairs, like replacing the carpet, painting, tiling, were completed IMMEDIATELY upon our removal from the house. And don't even get me started on whoever they used to perform the eviction, because my daughter's tablet, and some very expensive craft things of mine are still missing. The only reason legal action hasn't been taken, is because I wouldn't even know where to start. And, honestly, I don't have the time, energy, or money to pursue a long, drawn out legal battle with a company like this. Im more interested in continuing to live my life peacefully, as I have been since I moved in to a property with a landlord that is real, good people. I just thought that more people would like to know how this rental agency operates with people and in neighborhoods that may be considered "less than".

Experiencia negativa: Do not lease from these people. House they gave us was not cleaned before we occupied the home. We saw it had rat feces, trash, dirt and dust everywhere. We submitted work orders that were never completed. Thank God we only had to lease from them for a year because they are a terrible management company.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve had a few bad experiences with communication between myself, maintenance & honestly the owner of the property. From brown water coming from the sinks to completely unusable bathrooms for an entire month & paying for a hotel the same month of moving into the property. I will give a big S/O to Ms. Nyeemah that works the front desk, she has went above & beyond several times in making sure I’m getting taken care of, well at least everything she can do in her power. This world needs more caring people like herself.

Experiencia negativa: Every time I need maintenance work done from something major like a water tank or something small like the toilet, I ALWAYS have to email, call and go to the office for weeks at a time to get these people to fix these issues. I pay my rent on time EVERY MONTH. this stuff gettin ridiculous now. Seriously

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience.. They will take most of your deposit that’s a guarantee.. my rent was 725.00 deposit was 1000.00 which they up it I sign the contract had to pay that when I came in to pay 2nd month rent. Lived there 3 years took great care of the property.. still was charged so out of 1000$ I’m receiving 400$. End lease 12/31/2024 today is 01/23/2025 still haven’t received the remaining of my deposit.. so expect at least a month to get your deposit back. The property inspection manager sucks

It started first with Mrs. Mitchell, who went above and beyond to treat us like family from the moment we walked in looking for a home in Columbus. She found a great rental, that met all our needs and was safe and secure. She was a blessing! It then continued, with Micah's attention to us as tenants and the professionalism befitting his later promotion(Congrats, btw). The maintenance team was on point and solved any issues, within hours. Lastly, I cannot stress enough how great the tenant care Nyeemah showed us through nearly every step from move-in, to move-out. I could always count on her friendly voice to answer when I called and her sincere dedication to helping with whatever we needed. Absolutely the best property management team anyone could ask for. Experiencia positiva: The management company is alright, Mrs. Mitchell is really nice and conducts a lot of business for me. She helped me find a great property months in advance of moving to Columbus, she gave me her personal number incase I had any issues that weren't being solved regarding the property, and she helped negotiate my lease as I was coming up on the renewal but had trouble getting a date to sign the new lease. If it weren't for her (and it being so close to the holidays when my lease would end), I probably would've moved out to go with a new management property just based on the issues I was having.
