Experiencia negativa: I am brokenhearted. The person who gave me the tour was nasty nice. And I specially told them I had a voucher it wasn't a problem. Then I was denied becuase of it. I was lie to. I wouldn't recommend this company to nobody. And I lost $60. Smh

Experiencia fantástica: What is your application approval rate ? My credit with the greatest at all. I'm working to make things right I see some beautiful homes online me and my son could move into. But those applications scare me as well as these administration fees these places charge. I paid nearly 300 bucks just for an application fee and an administrative fee as well.

Experiencia fantástica: it was clean and a nice size and I'm liking.it have a fence in yard it is the right size house for me and for my mom disable mom mom i can move in on the 1 and I will have the deposit for it if you want me to move in before? The inspection I can. Or pay, that deposit to hold it for me. Please. Please, I can pay it before section 8. Section 8 might not pay for it because. It makes over the mount they was talking about taking me off.

Experiencia negativa: Please don not rent from this company. We lived in one of their homes for 1 year there was no heat in the winter and no A/C in the summer. We put in multiple order for plumbing and electrical issues in the home that weren't fixed. Towards the end they decided they will charge us an extra months rent because of their lack of communication and now they're saying there will also be late fees if the rent is not paid. We moved out before the first like we said we would. They are a greedy company ran by heartless humans. No one with a conscience will charge a family rent for a house they returned as soon as the lease ended.

Experiencia negativa: While we enjoyed our home of 2 years itself we cannot say the same for the company. There is a lot of miscommunication from company to tenant. First of all we moved into the home with a numerous amount of issues that were still ongoing as we moved out 2 years later, mainly plumbing. We had multiple work orders for this specifically and upon moving out we were charged with a plumbing fee to snake the drains. The house wasn't in perfect conditions when we moved into dirty/tore up hardwood. We were charged fees for every single room in the house that the floors were "dirty". This comes after spending almost 2 days worth of cleaning to the home. Lastly, we were charged for numerous items such as shelving in the garage and laundry area that were already in the home. There was a lot of headache with technicians coming and going when we did have problems as we had doors damaged, floor tore up, and even old appliances catch on fire that went almost a week with no answer back from. All of which we were charged for upon moving out with proof at the time it happened. The move out process is also all over the place depending on who you deal with as we were told our lease ended 2 different dates. Take it as you will but when you move in make sure you note every speck of dust on your baseboards or they will nickel and dime you when you leave to ensure they they get to keep every dollar of your deposit.

Experiencia fantástica: I lived at a property for a few years and always had quick responses and great customer service with 333 Rent. The administrative staff is kind and professional, and the maintenance staff is very responsive and skilled. I appreciate the routine preventative maintenance checks they perform (no other company I have rented from in the past ten years has done this), as well as the helpful newsletters for seasonal tips and local events. I would highly recommend this rental company.

Experiencia negativa: ***UPDATE*** After 12 years of living in the same place under 333RENT, and never missing a payment, they've decided to bill me $4,320 for "damages." Not a single hole in the walls. It's normal wear and tear. They want us to pay for their upgrades. Please take this warning serious and look elsewhere. They are crooks. I appreciated this company about 6 years ago. Their management changes all the time. Beware, your rent will go up. Doesn't matter if you sign a lease. They call it trash price that wasn't figured in!! That's happened 3 times!! The washer will take your money and give you no water. No refund after numerous complaints. Save your money. Please go somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: They lack communication and are very rude when you call them out on it. Wasted my time for a showing for their “agent” to not show. I was able to get a second showing and luckily I called because they’d accepted a deposit from someone else but the listing was still up. I’m glad I dodged having to deal with them for another 12 months as my property managers.

Experiencia negativa: I feel humiliated and robbed after my last interaction with 333 Rent. Their website is not completely clear about the requirements for application. I was only given access to important information after I paid the 120 non refundable fee. When trying to explain the lack of clarity in their website I was treated with extreme disrespect by the property managers whose name I won't mention in this review. She immediately interrupted when I said the website wasn't clear and never let me speak again. After she finished speaking I requested permission to speak and she simply said no. I requested one more time and hung up the phone on me while I was still speaking.

Experiencia negativa: This rental company shady. When trying to see an apartment, that has been empty for over 7 months, they take their own sweet time. The process took so long I almost lost my current lift when I had to rescind my notice to vacate after being denied. They were super nice to me before I got denied. When I called to talk about the denial they were very rude and didn’t have the time for me. Sounds like I escaped a possible horrible property manager. Buyer beware!!!!

We had a gas leak at our house instantly I put in a maintenance request called spire and then I directly contacted Scott he’s our favorite maintenance guy to work with and he’s one who got me in contact with Tony. Experiencia negativa: Potential renters beware!!!!! My elderly mother put in an application that cost $60 dollars on July 1st and Was told it would take a week. After numerous calls from myself, my sister and my mother to get an update, we were just given the run around! We had 30 days to get my mother moved and they wasted 22 of those days with no updates. They were unprofessional and there was so much miscommunication amongst staff! I could go on and on about how they mishandled us and left us with less than 2 weeks to begin looking for another place for our mom. A simple approved or denied would have been nice, but here we are on July 22nd and have not heard back from them at all! I have never dealt with this kind of disregard when dealing with a rental company! Good luck to whoever try’s to rent from 333rent company

Experiencia negativa: $60 app fee, hard credit check and background checks is not helping anyone with/find housing. 333rent has complete false advertisement. Homeless and people who really want to start fresh, this is not it. Should be a crime to make people go through all that red tape. Taking people money is not helping anyone but the companies pockets.

Experiencia negativa: This company is a complete nightmare to rent from. I have lived with them the past 8 month and nothing but constant maintenance issues and poor communication. They only have some 5 star reviews because they pay you to do so when you move in. I had suspected they treated my animals poorly when entering my property and today I finally have proof of that. Experiencia negativa: Very dishonest, laidback and lackluster company. Applied on 1st October for a rental property and they have all the data about me even before I applied that I don't have rental history in US but after my multiple calls to them on 8th day they said application is denied because I don't have a rental history. You need 8 days to come to a conclusion about something which you knew from day 1.And they unlike many ethical rental company's they don't have policy to refund application fees even for denied applications! Got my application accepted in a different rental company in just 2 days and they offered move in in 6 days.

Experiencia negativa: I was recently shown a few places & in that time the leasing agent Stephanie was extremely helpful & patient with all my questions and concerns. Update when shown the property I was told I needed to give $200 deposit that would be refunded. Going on 3 months and have been completely ghosted by Stephanie. If you value your money don't rent from this place

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely do not rent from this company!!! They are predators who will gouge you, ignore maintenance requests, and stack unbelievable charges on your account when you leave. My son rented from them for nearly 5 years. We bought a washer and dryer and had it installed, quite a feat that required a plumber and electrician to retrofit. We left it behind. We also left behind an expensive mower for the next tenant. 333 took it so the next renter has to buy one. Fully paid rent for nearly 5 years and 333 stacked over 2k in charges when he left. AND they didn't replace the carpet which frankly I'd never let a child be on. Avoid this company.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved the space, loved the backyard. I was a bit thrown off the the “car” garage doesn’t fit a car into it but that’s okay! The kitchen was very pretty with the brown stained wood. I would love to fill an application out to become a resident. This is my home I’m claiming it. Thank you hope to talk soon.

Experiencia negativa: I lived in one of their homes for 4.5 years. I moved out in early July, because I could not afford my rent anymore. They charged me $2200 to move out and more than $2,000 in damages. I left some items behind, so I can understand some damage charges. However, $2,000 seems completely unreasonable. I will never be able to pay off the final tab I was left with. It would have been easier/cheaper to get evicted - rather than do the right thing and voluntarily surrender possession of the property.

Thank you for your review, however we have a deposit dispute process that all residents are allowed to utilize within 30 days of receiving there deposit disposition, If residents have disagreement with charges. This option was also offered to you upon move out.

Experiencia positiva: On July 5th, Scott came to our rental home to repair our air conditioner, which had broken down on the 3rd and was reported on the third. We thought it would be taken care of, but it was not treated as an emergency and was put off until the fifth (the next day after the holiday). My wife endured a very hot day in the house, while i was at work for most of fourth. Scott made the repair very quickly after he arrived and the home was much cooler by the time i arrived home from work on the fifth. It has worked well since then. Scott was his usual courteous self and apologized for not being dispatched to make the repairs sooner. He told us how to expedite the repairs in the future. If we have an emergency on a holiday or a weekend that should not wait until the next business day, then we should call the office and go to the emergency line to log our needed repair. So, thank you to Scott for a good repair job and the good information for future use.

Experiencia fantástica: Scott and Tony did a great job replacing a leaking tub in one of our bathrooms! They were very detail-oriented and made sure to fix/replace all other items related to the bathroom that weren’t originally obvious/noticeable. They are very kind and were careful maneuvering their way through our home with tools and materials. We have enjoyed renting from 333 rent for their quick responses.

Experiencia positiva: My initial experience has been pretty good thus far. Before lease signing all of my questions were answered within a timely manner. They were very understanding even as I went back and forth figuring things out on my end. There was not much communication otherwise as far as things needed prior to my lease signing. However, at my lease signing all staff I encountered was kind and was able to get everything straightened out with ease. Looking forward to what this year brings in this new place!

Experiencia fantástica: Just signed a 12-month lease. The staff have been so helpful, professional, and kind. We received a welcome basket after getting the keys which included cleaning supplies and treats for my dog! This has been the most pleasant moving experience I’ve had since living in KC.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible company I called to confirm an appointment and to let them know that I was there for my tour early and the worker was very disrespectful and rude from the jump and talked over me multiple times before I reacted back and soon after cancelled my appointment which is fine because I would never advise myself or anyone to spend money with such terribly rude service. Also wouldn’t give me a name to report her further on. Very unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: Renter beware this property management company does not take care of the tenants. If u have any kind of problems they don't take care of u only on their terms. They give u a 5 day notice every 6 months which means within that 5 day period they can come into your house any day or any time period to come into your house. If u complain about utilitys they do not care they do not fix it.

Experiencia negativa: Represents the T in terrible!! I’m disgusted at the lack of communication and lies given regarding my mother’s need to move. All paper work was sent via email all income verification , credit was fine everything was sent more than once and still gave her the run around. I called and spoke to someone who was all over the place lying about “attempts” made to contact my mom’s prior landlord for proof that she lives there for rental verification . The man passed away so his son emailed them and we provided the lease and advised she’s been month to month since he passed away…it’s been two weeks and still no update. She’s lived there 4 years but was the same landlord for over 15 years she’s lived in a prior place he owned!! The email response from the son of the manors was” received” nothing else. But when I called she said they didn’t get anything and that’s all they needed. I feel like they discriminated against my mom who is elderly . I’m disgusted by how we were treated during the process and when I asked what number they had been calling to verify my moms rental history she gave me the number and when we called it it was the housing authority . Unbelievable!!!!they had no intention on approving my mom!! It’s a scam! Plus I notice they take several applications on the SAME UNIT AND LEAVE IT posted online allowing all these people to pay app fees knowing they are being bias !! I demand a refund immediately and will be reporting the incident!

Experiencia negativa: Liars. Don't return calls. Don't return emails. Make all roomies send in $60 application fee. Tell you NO ONE ELSE has applied for property. String you along over 45 days. Tell you the property will be yours. Then finally get in touch and tell you they rented to someone else. LIARS. Cheats. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Try to have you rent a house in a crime ridden area other than the one you wanted. LIARS.

The apartment that I chose was lovely. Spacious, clean and affordable for the area. Would definitely recommend giving this company and their units a look.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give them zero stars. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I have never had as many maintenance issues as I had with them. I had four different water leaks in all different rooms. One time 333 allowed me to live without water in the kitchen for a week because they told me they would send someone to fix a pipe under the sink then never did. When I called 333 acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. Then 333 said there was nothing they could do because the clogged line also affected my neighbors and 333 wanted them to fix it. They are all about the money and make loopholes for themselves to manipulate and take advantage of their tenants. After my lease ended they continued to charge me the next month. When I called 333 said it was my fault and I left my auto payments on. How can they continue to charge someone past their lease date? I told them they deleted my portal so how could I turn off my auto payments. Their system should automatically cancel payments after someone’s lease ends. They are hoping people don’t notice they are being charged so they can get away with this. I would never rent from them again! I suggest you try anywhere else.

You get a response quick and if there’s any maintenance issues you get a response next day (depending on the case - the more serious cases come first). Great group, easy to work with, payments are easy online.

Experiencia positiva: I really don’t like the fact that maintenance can come to your home any day without prior notice but they expect you to have dogs put up, no minors in the home, and alarm turned off. It’s very unreasonable to make people find childcare for days at a time or have their alarm turned off while you’re gone for days at a time instead of them telling you exactly when they’re coming. It’s not a safe way to do business. I was in the shower when maintenance entered my home without me knowing. I didn’t hear them ring the doorbell so he let himself in. Imagine being in the shower and hear someone in your home and when you go check it’s a man standing in your kitchen. But they will charge you $50 if they can’t enter your home when they arrive at your house WITHOUT PRIOR SCHEDULING. Other than that I have no complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: 333 rent has been my favorite place to rent from so far , process to apply is easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. lease is stated clearly so you’re never side bumped with any information or extra fees , the maintenance is very quick and always leave a card to let you know they’ve entered and what they’ve done. this will be the first place I stay for some years until I find my forever home instead of moving every year after my lease ends. definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful company very gracious people there really enjoyed there customer service ok I thought this company was good but they can not be Godly people I was told there Christian base that's why I rented in the first place but there trying to charge me 7,000 dollars for move out damages and I promise if you see my move out pictures no way it's 7,000 just absolutely sad there claiming smoke damage I have no clue what there talking about

Experiencia fantástica: For my initial experience with 333, my moving process has been seemingly smooth. Especially moving from out of state, their team appears to be extremely organized, great communicators and overall professional. Every email and call was responded to promptly when going through the application and approval process. All costs and requirements were clear and fair. Upon getting my keys they even provided a small care package for move in that included treats for my dog which I thought was very thoughtful and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: We moved from Colorado. While being 600 miles away made me nervous they were more than helpful. They answered all my questions, worked with us on everything. When we got to town we went to the office, signed the lease and picked up the keys. The house felt like home as soon as we walked in. Life hit us when we got here and they worked with us. Everything is square now and I highly recommend them to everyone. I can't imagine a better rental company. Thank you everyone. I'm adding to my review. They have a maintenance man named Brandon who is great. Don't get me wrong all of the maintenance guys we've dealt with have been great but we have had a slight water leak that no one else had found but Brandon found the problem and fixed it. In my opinion he went above and beyond to find the problem and then to fix it. I got home from work early and seen what he had to do and in my opinion he went above and beyond, got it fixed and was friendly and courteous with me. I hope he stays for a while.

Experiencia positiva: The leasing agent was prompt and friendly, but the property was not in very good shape. The garage didn't have any insulation in it, so on a 60° day it was already really hot in there. The garage was the main reason I wanted to rent the house.

Experiencia negativa: 333 rent is your worst enemy. They come in and destroy your life in a minute. The owner need be ashamed of themselves. Destroying lives. How do you live for 7 years in a house. Land lord passes on then they buy it and now you have to pay double or move out. I had heard about this guys through my friend that went through them. Never knew id have to deal with them. I cant advocate any one. Very rude staff. Etc. They smile with one side. If it was my company id fire all of them and get people with customer skills.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used 333 Rent for 4 years now. The unit I live in has little to no issues; all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems worked great. If there was a minor issue, maintenance addressed it rather quickly. The staff are very nice. The rent portal is very easy to navigate as well. I would definitely use this company again.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with multiple people in the office to find my home and they are above and beyond amazing! You feel heard, seen and understood every step of the way. They also have a policy where they will come out within 3 days if non-emergency issues with your rental- and uphold that. Thank you 333 Rent! Edit- We signed our first lease in January of 2023 and in March had to move out for a month as the house needed repairs on its main sewer line and shower redone. While this was a headache and a half, the 333 Team helped us along the way. We just re-newed our lease with them and our rent went up less than $50 a month which we are super happy with.

Experiencia negativa: People, if you are in need of quick housing or general housing for that matter. I recommend to look elsewhere. Why they charge an "administration fee" of $300; couldn't say. That's almost 200% over the industry standard. Please do the move in inspection thoroughly as well as the move out inspection. Because, they will charge you for anything and everything little and tiny thing they can find. Also, if or when you dispute the charges they claim it is a long drawn out process. On a positive note the lady at the front desk and the one who answers the phone are nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I rent a house from 333rent. It is clean and comfortable. The staff respond to emails in a timely manner. The application process went smoothly. So far, a week and a day in, my daughter are very pleased. Thank 333rent!

Experiencia negativa: I'd give zero stars if they'd let me. These people are money grabbing jerks. Pay them money. Doesn't matter what the issue is. Pay them money. They don't even attempt to verify your rain. They don't care. Just pay the money. Or alternatively. Don't ask for repairs that will be too expensive or pest control. Thank goodness I don't have bugs, mice are a different problem.

Experiencia negativa: There needs to be more places that help the less fortunate people and people that have voucher. I'm handicapped but not handicapped enough to receive SSI etc. so I can't do standing work so my income is limited and it's so hard to find a place with little money or with voucher

Experiencia negativa: They don’t advertise it but Your application will get denied for a previous bankruptcy no matter the age. I told them about my bankruptcy from 3 years ago and I was encouraged to apply. I waited for a response for over 2 weeks just for them to deny my application
