Experiencia fantástica: We lived here as a newly married couple, and the mornings and evenings felt wonderfully peaceful. The staff was exceptional—respectful, helpful, polite, and understanding—and we only left because my job required us to move. Special thanks to Aylen, Priscilla, Katherine, and the entire team. Evening walks on the deck at sunset were a highlight for my wife and me, and the complimentary coffee made our busy mornings easier. This family-oriented place truly felt like a home away from home. A short drive to Coral Gables also gave us easy access to excellent croissants and coffee. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Experiencia fantástica: Lugar espectacular, pero muchas de las áreas comunes no se pueden usar. El baño del lobby es solo para empleados, el área de billar y café está cerrada y solo se puede usar pidiendo permisoy hasta las 5pm El baño de la piscina lo cierran los fines de semana, por lo que hay que subir mojado al apartamento. Tampoco se permite usar el sauna ni el baño de vapor. Al final, se paga por muchas amenidades que en la práctica no están disponibles. Esto se ha informado varias veces, pero no ha habido solución.

Experiencia fantástica: We moved in last week and we’re loving it here. The community is super clean, everyone we’ve met has been so friendly, and the amenities are great. The only small downsides are the guest parking - unfortunately people are abusing it & park there for days in a row, pet owners dont clean up after their pets in the pet areas - not really the properties fault as there are dog bag stations every 5 feet, & every time we have been downstairs the lobby bathrooms + back bathrooms are always locked - if someone at the pool, gym, or using the BBQ has to use the bathroom they have to go all the way up to their apartment which is very inconvenient. Other than that it’s been amazing. We don’t hear our neighbors at all, everyone seems to be respectful, and maintenance was really quick when needed. Totally recommend it for the location and price! EDIT: The gym has been locked around 10pm and every time we check, the sauna/steam room is also locked, along with the restrooms. Big bummer as the gym was advertised as 24/7 and this was one of our top reasons for choosing Blue Lagoon 7 ):

Experiencia negativa: Este edificio va de mal en peor no les recomiendo a nadie que se mude aqui es una mala experiencia en todas partes vemos popo y orina de gatos y perros y ahora comida en los estacionamientos el olor es horrible en los pasillos y todas las instalaciones.

Experiencia negativa: Total rip off don’t move in to this place roaches everywhere, leasing office its a never there and always imposible to reach. If you break lease theyll said everything its fine then charge you two months of rent two year later. Security its also a joke saw multiple card broken into while I live there

Experiencia negativa: Constantemente vemos popo tanto de perros como de gatos es algo muy incomodo y mas cuando no tienes animales despertarte y encontrar eso en tu puerta, ademas vemos los perros y gatos sin control por todo el edificio, cuando nos mudamos pensamos que este edificio era diferente, no les recomiendo mudarse aqui ademas la manager es super arrogante y grosera no tiene etica ni trato humano.

Experiencia negativa: En el edificio he tenido problemas constantes con mascotas (gatos y perros) por ruido, malos olores y falta de control por parte de algunos vecinos, y la administración no toma el control con respecto a esto de hecho mis hijos estan traumados por los ruidos todas las noches de los gatos que los dueños les dejan las puertas abiertas para que salgan y hagan lo que quieran toda la noche. Igual los perros todo el tiempo nos toca subirnos al elevador con perros y es muy incomodo cuando tenemos niños pequeños.

Experiencia negativa: Soy residente de este condominio y tenemos persecución con la Persona de los tickets , creemos q es un negocio entre la empresa de los tickets y el condómino , el tiquetero RICKSON F que aparte es residente del Condómino, se la pasa al acecho para poner ticket eso es hostigamiento Y acoso. Además de esto para el ticketero no existe esta ley ya que el se parquea donde desea, por lo menos el jueves pasado duró más de 2 horas parqueado en el espacio de discapacitados, sin el permiso autorizado visible, algo que como todos sabemos es prohibido.

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I have made several attempts to contact management by email regarding my unreturned security deposit. The apartment was left in perfect condition and after almost a year from move out date, they still refuse to return my deposit.

Experiencia negativa: The staff were absolutely fantastic but unfortunately the management was outright malicious. I left a couple weeks early in August 2024 before my lease ended up also in August 2024 since I had to move across the country, but the lease agreement essentially made it so I would have to pay an extra two months rent just because I left a couple weeks early, the space having been filled in that short time regardless. I heard nothing about the $3400 I had to pay for a full year, not a single letter despite doing my due diligence and reporting my new address to them before my move. A full year after my move, in August 2025 I got a letter in the mail from a Collection Agency, finding that they had sent it to collections without a single notice or bill beforehand in the full year since I moved, slapping me with a downright astronomical bill out of nowhere and placing me in frankly dire financial straits. I have nothing but love for the incredibly kind women who worked in the leasing office, they did everything in their power to help me and accommodate me, but the financial practices of that office are downright predatory, and I think that attention should be brought to that to warn anyone beforehand. It's worth noting that I was getting priced out of the apartment anyway, the rent was being raised significantly by the time my lease was ending, and I was given no explanation as to why. Add that to the strange restrictions given (I once received a warning for having my mop out to dry on my own balcony, apparently it's a faux pas to have anything that isn't furniture outside) and I can't say I would recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: El edificio en general es muy bonito, el área social tiene una vista preciosa. Pero después de 4 meses viviendo aquí nos hemos decepcionado mucho: 1. Vas a encontrar excremento de perro por todos lados las personas que tienen perros al parecer no tienen la suficiente inteligencia para sacar los perros a hacer sus necesidades en el lugar correcto por lo tanto he encontrado excremento y orine de pero en ascensores, pasillos y escaleras 2. Ni por error puedes tener un inconveniente en tu pago porque lejos de ayudarte en la oficina del leasing lo que hacen es tratarte como si estuvieras mendigando algo hablo específicamente de la manager y su asistente. 3.

Experiencia negativa: Actualmente vivo en éste condominio. Cuando pintaron todas la áreas del edificio, mi esposo y yo estábamos de viaje y al volver encontramos el carro lleno de pintura, porque hay una filtración en el techo justo sobre el puesto de estacionamiento que teníamos. Mi esposo fue a hablar con la manager Katherine Brito, le mostró las fotos, le explicó que no estábamos durante el tiempo que realizaron ese mantenimiento y a pesar de eso, no obtuvimos ningún tipo de respuesta favorable de su parte, ni siquiera un intento de ayuda de alguna manera, solo negativas, "que había pasado mucho tiempo", que lo resolvieramos con nuestro seguro", lo cual es completamente inaceptable, una manager debe dar soluciones no excusas y brindar atención a los residentes, ofrecer posibles vías para que ambas partes queden conformes, pero definitivamente su gestión no es la mejor. Incluso mi esposo les ofreció ver el carro en ese momento y ustedes no aceptaron. Hasta le fecha no se realizó ninguna investigación al respecto, por lo que dejan muy en claro que las inquietudes de los residentes no son tomadas en cuenta. Tampoco intentó verificar las cámaras en caso de que existiera alguna duda de lo que se le estaba diciendo, muy conveniente para ella por supuesto, la única supuesta solución que nos dió fue asignarnos un nuevo puesto de estacionamiento, lo cual fue completamente inútil porque el mal ya estaba hecho, y las labores de pintura ya habían terminado. Me parece que hubo una falta de respuesta y acción efectiva de su parte y eso es algo que no debería de suceder en un condominio como este. I currently live in this condominium. When they painted all the areas of the building, my husband and I were away on a trip and when we returned, we found our car covered in paint because there was a leak in the roof right above our parking space. My husband went to speak with the manager Katherine Brito, showed her the photos, explained that we were not there during the time they performed the maintenance and despite that we did not receive any favorable response from her, not even an attempt to help in any way, only negatives, "that it had been a long time", that we should resolve it with our insurance, which is completely unacceptable, a manager should give solutions not excuses and provide attention to the residents, offer possible ways for both parties to be satisfied, but definitely your management is not the best. My husband even offered to see the car at the time and you did not accept. To date, no investigation has been conducted in this regard, so it is very clear that the residents' concerns are not taken into account. Nor did she attempt to verify the cameras in case there was any doubt about what she was being told, very convenient for her of course, the only supposed solution she gave us was to assign us a new parking space, which was completely useless because the damage had already been done, and the painting work had already been finished. It seems to me that There was a lack of response and effective action on their part and that is something that should not happen in a condominium like this.

Experiencia fantástica: Almost a year ago, during a very challenging time in my life, I needed a place to stay while going through my divorce. I found a one-bedroom apartment at Blue Lagoon 7 that fit my needs perfectly—comfortable, reasonably priced, and a welcome refuge during a period of transition. As my lease comes to an end, I find myself feeling unexpectedly sentimental. I’m going to truly miss the amenities that made life easier, the peaceful environment, and above all, the incredibly helpful and kind staff who made this place feel like more than just a temporary home.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been here for 5 months and for the first time I'm happy in an apartment because I haven't had any problems that could have made me have a bad experience compared to my previous rental. I feel that the management team is doing an excellent job, as is Katherine and the girls from the office and the maintenance team. My congratulations to them, my best recommendations, it's an excellent place to live.

Experiencia negativa: I applied here with my partner and at first we were super excited specially after we got accepted. However, upon receiving the lease agreement, which was 57 pages, we realized the scam we were getting into. This place has so many fees for everything, you breath and get fined. We should’ve looked at the reviews prior to applying and that was our mistake. The tour made the apartment and building seem amazing, but we declined and are somehow being charged another hidden fee just because we got accepted and decided not to proceed with the application. Yes after already paying $300 dollars that were non refundable just to apply. I’m sure they make most of their money simply from people applying. If you’re thinking of applying here, maybe take a step back and considere ALL of the reviews shared here and on yelp. The gates were in fact broken when we got here :) and the parking situation was horrible.

Tienen buen trato hacia todos los residentes y resuelven todas las situaciones que se puedan presentar en tu apartamento. Lo recomiendo.

Experiencia negativa: Experiencia Decepcionante: Falta de Transparencia y Manejo Poco Profesional Si pudiera dar menos de una estrella, lo haría. Mi experiencia con esta comunidad ha sido frustrante desde el momento en que decidí mudarme. Al entregar la unidad, la administración intentó cobrarme montos excesivos sin ninguna justificación clara. Pedí en varias ocasiones que me proporcionaran evidencia del estado de la unidad antes y después de mi estadía, y hasta el día de hoy, nunca me han dado pruebas concretas que respalden sus cobros. Uno de los cargos más cuestionables fue por supuestos daños a la unidad, los cuales considero parte del desgaste normal. Sin embargo, en lugar de demostrar con pruebas que los daños eran fuera de lo habitual, simplemente insistieron en que debía pagar sin ningún tipo de justificación. Además, cuando pedí recibos que respaldaran los costos de reparación o limpieza, tampoco fueron proporcionados. Otro punto importante es que la unidad fue rentada casi de inmediato después de mi salida, lo que significa que no hubo ninguna pérdida para la administración. Aun así, intentaron hacerme responsable de cargos adicionales sin razón aparente. Lo más decepcionante es que, en su momento, les había expresado mi interés en volver a vivir en esta comunidad en el futuro, pero después de ver cómo manejaron mi salida, he decidido que no quiero tener nada que ver con este lugar nuevamente. No se trata solo del dinero, sino del abuso y la falta de profesionalismo con la que han manejado la situación. Disappointing Experience: Unjustified Charges and Unprofessional Management If I could give this place less than one star, I would. My experience with this community has been frustrating and disappointing from the moment I moved out. After vacating the unit, management attempted to charge me an additional $2,400 without any clear justification. I repeatedly requested evidence showing the condition of the unit before and after my tenancy, yet to this day, they have failed to provide any concrete proof to support these excessive charges. One of the most questionable fees was for alleged damages that, in reality, were nothing more than normal wear and tear. Instead of providing clear evidence that the damages exceeded what is expected in a rental unit, they simply insisted that I had to pay without any reasonable explanation. When I requested receipts or invoices proving the actual costs of repairs or cleaning, they refused to provide them. What makes this situation even worse is that the unit was re-rented almost immediately after I moved out, meaning the management suffered no financial loss. Yet, they still tried to hold me responsible for an outrageous amount with no valid reasoning. At one point, I had even expressed interest in returning to this community in the future, but after this experience, I will never consider living here again. This is not just about money; it’s about a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism from management. As a tenant, I was more than willing to pay any fair and justified charges, but instead, they chose to take advantage of the situation by demanding an unreasonable amount without any proof. If you are considering moving here, be extremely cautious and document absolutely everything—take photos, request all communications in writing, and keep records of every transaction. Otherwise, you might find yourself facing the same unfair treatment and unexpected charges that I did.

Experiencia negativa: Honest review . The owners did a great job building this place and the amenities are amazing however the current staff is not maintaining the appearance or atmosphere. There is an infestation of cockroaches and the people working there have poor conflict resolution skills. Priscilla will remain on her phone while you speak to her and make several errors like accidentally terminating my lease early and charging me $3000 and then no one in the office is willing to correct the mistakes. If you run into problems they will not help or comprehend what you are saying due to their overwhelming lack of education. You can see roaches in the main hallways and elevators as well . We left for vacation for a month and when we came back and turned on the toaster - over 20 roaches crawled out. We had to throw away all of our wooden furniture because the roaches made a home in anything wooden. Lastly, the parking is not guest friendly. No one can visit because they do not have any visitor spots. I wouldn’t rent here or advise anyone else too. Aylen should be demoted and retrained for she has terrible conflict resolution . I shouldn’t have had to get a lawyer and Westdale cooperated involved to fix such a minor issue. Sincerely Dr. Laurette .

On top of that, security is non-existent: cars are being stolen, packages regularly disappear from the mailroom, and the main entrance door is constantly broken. This leaves residents living in constant fear. Despite the high fees we pay, there has been no visible improvement. The broken front door is essentially an open invitation for anyone to enter the premises unchecked—something that should never happen in a place that advertises itself as secure. I am directly addressing the owner of this condominium: urgent action is needed. The current management must be replaced with a team that truly cares about the safety, well-being, and maintenance of Blue Lagoon 7. With such inefficient and problematic leadership, the quality of life for residents is entirely compromised. I sincerely hope this message serves as a wake-up call because the current situation cannot continue. Experiencia negativa: El peor condominio donde podrán vivir , la administración es muy arbitraria, no hay seguridad , se roban los paquetes , pagas por un ticket de puerta y la puerta siempre está rota , la piscina pocas veces se pueda usar pues siento esta cerrada , la manager Katty tiene una forma muy desagradable de tratar a sus clientes y muy pocas veces existe comunicación en fin no le recomiendo a nadie vivir aquí…. Lo peor de este condominio es su manager Katherine Brito que se cree la dueña de este edificio tomando las cosas personas y haciendo daño a las personas , son muy bajos en este condominio

Experiencia negativa: Terrible guest parking situation! (A whole 8 guest spots for an entire building) If you plan on having visitors, this place is not for you. There’s never a guaranteed spot for guests, making it incredibly frustrating. Not worth living here unless you never have anyone over.

Experiencia negativa: They need to fix the parking gates, they are constantly broken. Nothing more frustrating than having to go to work and being trapped at the parking garage because the pole at the exit is broken and wont go up. I shouldn’t have to get off my car and lift the pole manually and hope it stays up long enough for my car to pass before it falls again and possibly damage my car. If you guys can’t afford to fix and maintain the garage gates then remove them.

Thank you very much, Raul Cruz Buenas noches, lamento mucho tener que detenerme para hacer esta clase de review, luego de vivir en un apartamento de este complejo por más de dos años me detengo ahora a escribir desde la decepción y la impotencia de no tener a dónde recurrir, resulta que a la hora de entregar el mismo se me fue realizada una dudosa inspección con un cargo total de $1707 dólares por un total de 10 puertas de gabinetes dañadas (mostrándose fotos de solo 3 de ellas en la que solo se muestra uso y desgaste por los dos años vividos y comentándome que nos habían hecho el favor de no cobrar más, cuando creo que no habían más) además de esto $500 dólares de una bañadera que según la administración del edificio es lo que costaría la reparación sin ningún Invoice que demostrara esto a la hora de ser solicitado, todo está cantidad fue luego de que se le solicitara una revisión por otros cargos que fueron removidos porque habían sido cardados erróneamente(lo que demuestra el mal manejo de este procedimiento) en resumen cómo escribí anteriormente escribo desde la desesperación y la impotencia de no tener otra opción de pagar la cantidad que la administración se le ocurrió cobrarme sin ninguna prueba o sin ninguna consideración, les pido mucha prudencia al respecto a los residentes, futuros residentes y mayor profesionalismo para la administración. Experiencia negativa: La ÚNICA persona que me atendido bien, con respeto y ayuda a solucionar la inquietudes es Aileen, el resto del personal es súper inútil y para todo es un NO, el estacionamiento de “visitas” aparte de que ahora hay que pagar, cada vez es más limitado, para tanto apartamentos solo hay como mucho 5 puestos de visitas. Pagas una renta súper alta para una piscina mayormente cerrada, mesa de pin pon en malas condiciones, sala de billar cerrada, parrilleras que tienes que dejar un depósito súper alto para poder usar que si 1 hora y media (nose quien puede cocinar con ese tiempo). Con muchas ansias de que termine mi contrato para irme se esté lugar ASAP. Si tienen la mínima duda de querer mudarse para acá, los ayudo a tomar la decisión NO LO HAGAN. Puedes encontrar algo 100% mejor y a mejor precio!!

Experiencia negativa: This place is very deceiving they took me and my wife for a tour and showed us all the amenities. The play room in the front with a nice pool table and the 4th floor pin pong table but when we moved in the play room in the first floor is always locked no one can go in and the restrooms in the lobby are always locked and the pin pong table does not have the paddles nor the net so all the amenities are a lie just to get you to move in!!

Experiencia negativa: En el momento de rentar, todo luce muy bien y el personal administrativo es muy gentil. Después de la renta, el personal administrativo es grosero y poco diligente, tomaron 8 meses para cambiar mi nombre en el lease, se hacían los reclamos y decían que yo cambiaba la información de lo que ellas mismas me decían, se solicitan arreglos dentro del apartamento, no avisan que van a pasar, se pregunta en qué momento y hora van a venir y se tiene respuesta inconclusa. No hay mantenimiento al gimnasio, se envió un email solicitando esto, y no se han dado por enterados, colchonetas sucias, máquinas dañadas y no hay pañuelitos para limpiar en los dispensadores.

Experiencia positiva: So far the process has been smooth but I agree with another tenant about parking because what if my daughters want to come visit me, they will have nowhere to park? And what if I have two vehicles which I do, I am only forced to one parking space. It’s kind of not friendly in that sense being the rent is pretty high. They should provide visitor spaces at least. The ones they have are not enough, what about the Holidays coming up. Pretty sure families want to have guests over. Other than that, bug issue was solved but you pay for pest control and they only come when you request it online. I will need another parking space. Management is responsive otherwise and building is clean, views nice.

Experiencia negativa: Xd al principio tuve muy mala experiencia cuando me mudé para acá y es inaceptable que pase esto mandé un email y no recibí respuesta y esto sigue así el 5to piso por dios tienen que tener gente encargada de estos temas esto solo trae cucarachas y suciedad lo del agua que inunda el parqueo del primer piso es algo insoportable pero esto también es demasiado después se preguntan porque se van la gente para cobrar sí que son buenos de verdad aveces dan ganas de irse de aquí para pagar tanto y tener que vivir así.

Experiencia negativa: I am in such disbelief. I do not understand why it is so much of a challenge with management here. My car broke down and I received a rental. The first time this happened, everything went smooth and I got a temporary pass for the parking spot I PAY FOR. This time, I am given an extremely hard time. WHY? what is the reason to make my life more difficult when I am asking for something reasonable. I pay for 2 spots yet, it is extremely difficult to make arrangements. They say 1 car per leaser but what if I have a 2nd car? They charge you for 2 parking spots but make it nearly impossible to USE WHAT I PAY FOR!

If you experience an issue with your registered vehicle, bring your car rental policy to the office, and we can provide you with a temporary pass. Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible, I gave it 1 star because it doesn't give you the option to give it zero, I left that place 1 year ago and I never got the deposit every time you claim they come to you with a story Nicol told me that they would return my money and then months ago I complained to them again and the words that Nicole said to me, I never talked to you about that, it seems disrespectful to me that they make you sign a bill and don't return the money... think about it very carefully if you want to live in that place, they are also disorganized. They lose things and no one is responsible for anything. It is an abuse to live in that place

Experiencia positiva: I have lived here for about 2 years and I would give my experience 3 stars. CONS 1. The fire alarm always rings at random hours throughout the days. Sometimes it rings in the middle of the night and takes a while before it gets shut off. 2. The elevator that is closest to my apartment is broken every few days. I live on the highest floor and I have to either take the stairs (which smells aggressively of asbestos and has no ventilation) or walk all the way to the other elevator which is a long walk. 3. The tenants in this building are NOT respectful of the property. The elevators are dirty with food, water from the pool, dog droppings, everything. The trash chute is always clogged and people just leave their trash bags on the outside of the chute. 4. The parking is extremely limited. Guests CANNOT park overnight, which is a shame. You are only given 1 parking spot with your apartment (if you live in a 2/2, not sure how it is for others), and have to pay an extra $75 for another spot. The parking spots are also annoying because they are vertical to each other. 5. To get in contact with the leasing office, it takes a few tries and follow-ups to finally get a response. 6. The package room is very unorganized. It takes a while of sifting through other people's packages before you can find yours. 7. There is a gate to get in and out of the apartment, it is always broken. PROS 1. The maintenance people are great! They fix things promptly. 2. When there is a spill, the cleaning staff cleans it up very fast. 3. There is a security guard there 24/7, they are so nice. If you need help, you give them a call and they are responsive. 4. The package room is monitored so nobody steals your packages. 5. The lobby, mailroom, gym, sauna, pool, etc. is so beautiful. 6. We have a very nice view of the lagoon! Unless you are on the other side... then you get a cemetery. 7. Convenient location. You are near everything! The price is less expensive than other locations. However, I would recommend going a little more north to get a better price and experience. If you are only here for a short time, living here isn't too bad.

Yo soy residente del lugar y pago para disfrutar de dichos servicios, por lo cual necesito saber públicamente cuánto me van a descontar de la renta por no poder utilizar ni porder disfrutar de los servicios que están disponibles e incluidos en mi contrato yo también les debería pasar mi factura por no poder disponer del anteriormente mencionado servicio que no estoy recibiendo!….. Experiencia negativa: Complaint Regarding Discrimination and Unfair Treatment in the Building. I want to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the management of the building due to a series of incidents that I consider discriminatory and entirely unjust. As a resident of this building, I find myself in a situation where my status as a person with a disability has been disregarded and devalued by the administration. Despite having a clearly visible disability decal on my vehicle and all the relevant documentation to support it, I have recently been unfairly issued a parking ticket. What is most alarming about this situation is that the building has parking spaces designated specifically for people with disabilities, yet the administrator, Katherine, claims they are not for such use, they even invented rules like “it's only for use up to 4 hours”. This action not only constitutes a clear violation of my rights as a person with a disability but also reflects a discriminatory attitude and a lack of empathy on the part of the administration. I cannot express the frustration and indignation I feel at being treated in this manner in my own home. As a resident, I have the right to access the building's services and facilities equitably and without discrimination. It is unacceptable to penalize a disabled resident for using a designated parking spot for people with disabilities. I urge the building administration to address this situation immediately, Katherine exchanged emails with me but her ego didn't let her make the right choice and take concrete steps to rectify this unfair and discriminatory treatment. I await a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Experiencia negativa: Este lugar es de lo peor, insisto si estás pensando en venir a vivir a este edificio PIÉNSALO!!!! Llevo año y medio aquí y gracias a Dios ya me voy! Son tan desordenados que hasta ponen ticket en tú parqueadero asignado pagando 120 dólares por mes, es un edificio infestado de cucarachas y nunca responden los teléfonos, realmente malísima administración! Y para rematar son tan abusivos los vecinos que parquean mal y no les importa dañar tu carro golpeandolo cada que abren las puertas. Busquen otro lugar para vivir. Definitivamente hay que enviar alguien de la ciudad para que mire este asqueroso lugar al parecer … no se merece ni 1 estrella

Experiencia fantástica: Se puede ver el efurzo en el quipo de Blue Lagoon con su excelente trabajo, la oficina resuelve cualquier inconveniencia que tengan los residentes. Empezando por nuestra brillante manager, supervisor de mantenimiento, técnicos y el equipo de limpieza hace un espectacular trabajo.

Experiencia negativa: The worst place you can move to, the manager Katherine Brito is a super disgusting person, she never has a solution for any problem, besides she is never in her office when you need her, and when she is there, she´s never interested in the situation that you propose to her. I've been living in this place for two years and the truth is that instead of improving it's going worse, every time that they make a change it's worse than before, the management of this building is terrible.The hallways filled with the smell of marihuana and dog. In conclusion, the administration of this building is a disaster, and I don´t believe that Mrs. Katherine Brito is qualified the responsibility of carrying out the administration of any building.

Experiencia positiva: I moved in Nov 1st, 23. It's now Dec 1st, 23. I'm here for 15mnths on the lease. The experience so far has been a lot more good than bad. Very few concerns to some of the minor details that i observed in my living quarters when i first arrived. (Scraps/Scratches on the Refrigerator/Kitchen & Dishwasher. And lastly, liquid stains inside one of the cabinet drawers & a poor plaster patch to a water roof stain in the shower head). Some are artificial & one im keeping an eye on. Other details, the parking garage is quite organized & the facility does stay pretty clean 90% of the time. Traffic sucks entering & leaving. Unless you work graveyard shifts. Ms. Priscilla has been a doll & a very informative person. There's internet access only at work stations & lobbies. The amenities are just as described, very nice & upscale. The people I've encountered for the most part have been decent enough to respond kindly & answer questions when asked. The view is quite nice when you want to relax a bit by the pool side. Surprisingly very quiet, doesn't feel like you're near the airport. Over all so far I give it a (7.8 out of 10). Online pay system very insightful & helpful.

Experiencia negativa: Súper pobre management (Katerin) Se llama .Esta persona vino hoy a mi apartamento con muy mala actitud queriéndome cobrar $1000 dólares según ella ,porque mi perrito vomito en uno de los pasillos .Dice esta señora que quiere cobrar 250 dólares por cada vomito que ha hecho el perrito ,que supuestamente han sido más de 5 . Yo en mi defensa le preguntó que si en el contrato está escrito que se cobrará $250 dólares por vomito ,a lo cual ella me responde que si ,claramente es mentira porque realmente no dice semejante tontería (Leí todas las páginas del contrato) .Hago esto publico para que se sepa el tipo de persona tan inmadura ,falta de educación y poco profesional que tienen como manager . Estoy esperando el cargo de los $1000 dólares que quieren cobrarme por el vomito de mi perro en el pasillo para mostrarlos a mi abogado y tomar acciones legales si es necesario .

Experiencia negativa: Este edificio es un nido de cucarachas!!! Los precios son muy altos en la renta, no hay un parqueadero decente de visitantes y ni hablar de la zona para hacer asados que tengan por solo 2 horas por un alto valor! Si aún no tienes contrato aquí, busca en otro lugar que esté no es el mejor.
